Great product, delivery left me wanting for more.
I've purchased from this service multiple times before; they make great gifts and high fidelity engravings of pet photos. However this time I didn't expect to wait as long as I did for this order. I ordered 3 keychain pet engravings on October 26th and because the website said "due to increased demand to expect delays" I expected it to take an extra 2 weeks max to arrive to my house. I did not receive my order until December 9th, just missing my significant other's birthday by just one day. Maybe it's a good sign that they're receiving more orders. I just wish I was well-informed about when I'd be receiving them or where along in the process they are. I would probably use this service again, just will be cautious about when to expect delivery.

Disappointed
I have yet to receive my order which was placed on 10/19/24 and it is now 11/30/24. It says 5 to 10 day shipping from the order date then 3 to 5 days once shipped. I received no email or explanation to why it was delayed. I’m sad because I ordered before and never had this issue. I’m very disappointed!!

Highly discouraged. Besides waiting over a month to receive the order, the keychain is extremely small. I'm very disappointed because I was supposed to deliver it in early November, but it wasn’t possible. I would suggest ensuring the ability to fulfill orders before exporting.

Month and a half later NEVER RECEIVED.
I placed my order around Oct 3, was quoted to receive it by Oct 18 (needed it by then for a friends bday gift).
Its now Nov 15, NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER. Customer service only responded with automated responses.
I ordered a keychain from them a couple years ago for my brother, and it came out so cute, so I wanted to order one for my friend this year, so I am very disappointed that my order never arrived. I filed a complaint with my bank and had them refund me the money since it has been over a month and a half since the order was placed, and never received the order.

The worst experience
I had to send reminders and ask about my item, I still have not received a tracking link so I am assuming it was not shipped. I ordered this more than a month ago for a friend whose pet died and have yet to receive the item.

Purchased for my best friend who had recently lost her fur baby, I'd made an error on the order address. It was corrected with an email request without issue. My best friend received it on what would have been her pet's 16th birthday. Needless to say, it was perfect and happened to be her favorite picture of him. It was such a perfect gift! Great detail in the final product made it even more amazing.

I had ordered from this shop a few years back for someone else, and decided to place an order of two items for myself since I was very pleased the first time and the items came fast too.
