Love it! It takes a while, but we've ordered two keychains and they are perfect little replicas of our beloved pups!!! We will definitely be ordering again!

I don't remember how I found you. Probably Googled. I asked for a keychain of my granddaughter with then deceased dog. That dog was so special to her. When she saw the keychain you had made, she was brought to tears with such joy!!! So when my grandson said he wanted one also I contacted you once again. Happy grandson!! You did an awesome job on both keychains. Yes I will use you again and refer you to t as anyone requesting such an item. Thank you so very much.❤️

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! I feel like they have just SCAMMED me! I have had severe issues with them. I ordered four necklaces about a month ago. Custom Pet Gifts said their processing time is between 5-10 business days. And then another 3–5 days to ship. It has now been way past that time. And I still have not received any updates, I’ve not received any tracking number and of course, have not received my order! I was in contact with their customer service rep named Laila but they stopped responding to my emails a week ago. I have tried other different ways to get a hold of the company and nobody has ever responded. My questions have been dodged and I’ve received no real answers from them. I still have no idea if my order has even been completed or not. I ordered these necklaces as a memorial for my fur baby who passed away recently. And it makes my stomach sick, knowing that this company is taking advantage of peoples grief and money in this very stressful and emotional time. All I want is to know when my order will ship out and when I will receive it. I’ve waited long enough! I want some kind of update, but nobody is returning my emails. I have supported their small business often on over the last four years, and I tell you what I will NEVER EVER buy from them again.

great product , great gift happy with outcome

When I send in the photo it is made exactly to match what I asked to be done. This is the second time using this company. They did an outstanding job on my product. The only downfall is the chains for the necklaces. they are super thin and break very easily. Other than that I am very happy with my products. Thank you!

I have ordered a few keychains from them and every one of them was the exact picture I sent! Doesn’t take too long to make and ship. Completely worth the couple weeks because each item has been perfect. The best keepsake for pet owners.

The product sucks and isn’t at all what’s advertised.

I got a bracelet that has a pet in the viewer gem, and you can’t see anything. A tiny fraction of the image, at BEST.

I contacted support and they sent a video of how to view it through my phone. Not helpful - if I wanted to view the photo on my phone, I would just use my phone to look at it.

Do NOT buy any of the viewer products!

I ordered two keychains for Christmas gifts. I reached out to the company once to check on the status of my order. Laila responded quickly and assured me all was well. When the keychains arrived, they looked exactly like the photos I sent. Both recipients love their gifts. The quality of their products and the customer service make Custom Pet Gifts a company I will use again and I recommend you do the same!

Came just in time for Christmas; it was a portrait of our oldest animal, we loved it.

Got this for my wife as a little gift from the dog, she loved it and it came out great!

the peep hole is too small, none of us could see it as advertised. what we could see was only a partial image, which was very disappointing because it was a memorial gift which my boyfriend was VERY excited for. this was a major let-down, and i do not recommend this to anyone. this could have been $5 and still felt like a rip off. nothing close to the advertised effect.

I ordered two bracelets. They came in a decent amount of time and I was pleased with how they looked and my kids loved being able to look inside and see their dog that we recently lost. However, one of the bracelets would not slide as designed so my daughter can’t wear hers. I reached out to the company and got a response and was asked to send a picture of the problem and I did. They acknowledged they received it and then I never heard anything else and the situation was not rectified.

the charm itself was lovely. the chain at the clasp was broken. thank goodness I had a chain from another necklace to transfer it to.

Great work, good communication with how the order is going. It doesn’t take that long and didn’t have any problem at all, now I get to have a keychain and bracelet to have my little angel with me now that she’s not here anymore.
