Bought this for my daughter and…

Bought this for my daughter and son-in-law for Christmas present. I opened and looked at finished key chain. Looks just like their dog Dexter who passed this year. You did an amazing job.

Smaller than I expected.

The image is good but the key chain is half the size from when I ordered last. It loses some of the detail.

Too many marketing emails before I receive, or even review the product I ordered

I think it is a little ridiculous how many marketing emails are sent out to me after I place my order, but before I even not only receive my order, but before I even get the review email! I have probably gotten 9 marketing emails since I placed my order, but no communications on what I actually purchased. I ordered 8 days ago, and no one has reached out for me to review.

Takes your money and doesn’t ship anything

Horrible company. I placed an over well over a month ago for a few very little dog keychains. Business website states 5-10 days and then first class mail 3-5 days to get. They never respond to emails, and when they do respond they say just a few more days. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I’m disputing the charges with my bank since the company never delivered the merchandise. DO NOT USE THEM.

We lost our little fur baby in November 2022. I saw Custom Pet Gifts on IG and was reluctant at first but went ahead a made an order. Custom Pet Gifts beyond exceeded my expectations. I ordered a key chain that arrived with such intricate detail that it resembled our little buddy to the utmost degree. I am beyond satisfied with my purchase and would recommend others to have personalized gifts from Custom Pet Gifts. I give them 12 stars out of 5. I also made a mistake and ordered a necklace. I emailed customer support and received a response very promptly. My order was corrected and I received the desired item.

I never got my order

I never got my order! I'm very upset because this was suppose to be a sentimental gift for my boyfriend on Valentine's Day, I ordered it two weeks in advance, so that it would be here on time and it is now about to be March 1 and I have not received it! Very disappointed

Will Take Over a Month! Beware!

Ordered it back in January. Still hasn't shipped. I've been in contact with Laila from Customer Service who says it will PROBABLY ship out by next week. 5 to 10 business days is a lie. Its been about a month so far. Shop elsewhere. They're evasive, unprofessional, and condescending.

Don't order if on a time frame

I ordered a key chain Jan 23 for Valentine's Day. Site says 5-10 for design then 3-5 for delivery.
Finally delivered today. I complained several times only to be told they were busy. Then on February 10 they emailed that it had finally shipped. But according to US postal tracking they didn't actually take it to the Post Office until February 14. IF they had actually taken it to the Post Office on the 10th, I possibly would have received it by Valentine's Day.
Very poor customer service and to respond by saying they are busy is not professional. If you have a business once you have capacity for an upcoming special day, change your website and let the customer know it won't be there for that occasion.
After complaining they never offered any compensation for their lateness
One and only time doing business with them

I ordered in December, still waiting!

I ordered in early December and still have NOT received my order. One month after my order was placed I received someone else’s order. I sent in pictures of what I received as requested yet I still ha en’t gotten my order or any communication other than this to give a rating or other emails encouraging future orders which I can say will never happen. I have been more than patient and if I don’t receive what I ordered by next week (week of 2/20), I will cancel and request a full refund. This seemed like a great gift idea and had hoped I would receive by Christmas. I was understanding of demand and shipping but now it is ridiculous.
