I purchased both the bracelet and key chain as a gift for a friend and she absolutely loved them!

Order was super late. I ordered it on january 2, and it still has not been shipped as of january 21. I emailed one the 18th asking for an update and no response. I dont even know why im giving this 2 stars.

The necklace I purchased was exactly like the picture I submitted. I purchased for a friend who lost her beloved pet, and when she opened it, she immediately said his name. Thank you for helping me give her a beautiful keepsake.

I ordered the keychain of my parents dog for them for a Christmas present. From the ordering to the delivery, everything was superb. The quality of the Keychain is great. They did an amazing job capturing the essence of my parents dog. 10/10 would recommend ordering from Custom Pet Gifts.

The key chain was amazing they got every little detail possible. They do an amazing time. it does take a while to get delivered but it was worth the wait.

The keychain looks exactly like thr photo I sent of my daughter's pointer, right down to all her "freckles" as my daughter calls them.

I ordered this product on Nov. 27th hoping for xmas since they said a 5-10 day processing time and then 3-5 day shipping. After 3 weeks the product still hadn't been processed, so I tried to cancel. I was told I couldn't after 24 hours and if I did there would be a 45% restocking fee. I decided to wait. Shipping did their part and was within the 3-5 day term, finally receiving on 12/30. Upon opening, very disappointed with the product. It did look like the picture I sent, so that was nice, but it was smaller than a quarter and flimsy. For the amount of money spent on a sterling silver product, it definitely was not worth it. I wouldn't buy from here again. Unfortunately, because the concept is great.

My son purchased a pillow of my deceased Bulldog. It was scheduled to come on the 23rd and arrived after Christmas on the 29th. That didn’t bother me as much as…. My son who works hard for his money was scammed. He spent over $50 and got an 7x3 inch pillow. ( would you call that a pillow???? Maybe for a mouse).
He was so disappointed. As a mother it’s the thought that counted but as for you all… you stole a kids money!

The necklace was beautiful, customer support was excellent and shipping was fast! Very happy with the experience!!

Do not order from this company unless you want to be scammed and receive extremely cheap quality for a high price. As a pillow for my mom, I ordered a picture of my dog, who passed away. The pillow size was extremely small compared to what the website had described. I checked their refund policy, and they would refund it in full if it was a mismatched size. I sent them proof and everything about the size compared to a ruler. I contacted customer service, and all they could offer me was a measly 4 dollars when I paid about 30. What a joke! I really hate to be that person, but I work really hard for my money, and it sucks to receive something that had an inaccurate website description. I will be reporting this company to a higher authority because this is literally a scam. Unacceptable.

I originally ordered two laser engraved key chains (one of my lil girl and one of my sister). They were beautiful! I ordered a blanket for my parents as a Christmas present with both of the fur baby's pictures on it. The blanket is adorable and precious!!!! My parents cried with joy when they opened this gift!!

I just received my keychain with our lab's picture engraved on it. It more than met my expectations! A beautiful work of art! It looks exactly like they promised, and I am beyond happy with it! Thank you so much for this perfect gift for my husband!

Placed original order and paid for priority on December 1. On December 2, sent a message asking if I could add engraving to the back of my item. On December 6, I was told that I could add engraving and provided what I wanted. It is now December 17 and order still has not shipped and will not arrive before Christmas. Website says it takes 5-10 business days for processing, and that time has since passed. This was an order to give to my wife for Christmas in remembrance of our dog that we lost a year ago on Christmas Eve. I’ll keep things polite and just say that that this is a huge disappointment.
