I have two Mocad golf trolleys 12 & 20 years old one in Uk the other in Switzerland- this year they both have the same fault on the control . Mocad is no longer made and the experts advised me to buy new replacements - I then discovered Edmund Morrison very courteous and knowledgeable who recommended that small potentiometers -( £13.00 each ) may work He is brilliant saved me £1200.00

I ordered a replacement part for a powakaddy - great service , prompt delivery . Well packaged item and no issues.

Expected some delay as order being sent from Ireland however contact, delivery and information received allayed all my fears ..... first class supplier ....

Ordered a reconditioned later model bag bracket for my Powakaddy Classic Legend but realised afterwards that I needed special washers to fit it. Despite it being a small original order they sourced and sent the washers separately. Very pleased with the service.

Purchased a powakaddy fw11 replacement speed control unit. Arrived on time and was very easly fitted.
The fact that it used the origonal wiring loom made it so much easier. Having fitted one previously for a friend i FW2had no hesitation in getting onr for myself. If you have a Powakaddy FW11 that no longer works this will solve your problem.

Ordered a headcover in September 2025 (now feb 2026), received order acknowledgement and order number. Since then I have not received any further communication from them. Have emailed them regarding the order but have not received any response. So do not pay in advance is my advice. My money is wasted.

Was able to repair my damaged motocaddy handle with several parts from customprogolf. Decent prices, and Ed delivered personally as he was travelling near my area! Saved me £££££'s as did not have to replace trolley.

Payment taken and a email sent out should be delivered in a few days
After a more then a week still nothing so I contacted them they very quickly its going to be atleast 2 weeks due to a supplier issue ( read other review they seem to says 2 weeks for everything)
They made no attempt to tell me that they weren't going be able to send it

It seems they lied that they sent a email about it being delayed but they can't tell me or provide me any proof of this for some reason they just seem to ignore it when asked

They dont update the website to tell you they have no stock I can only guess how many people they screwed over trying to get Xmas presents

Currently waiting for a refund which if they fail to do so ill just do a charge back since looking at other reviews they dont always refund

Just to add after seeing this review they emailed to say

"Hopefully you will have better luck in life in the future and be able to post a positive review for someone"

I ordered a golf head cover on November 6 2025. It is now December 19 and I have not received it so have requested a refund.

I emailed Edmund at Customprogolf on November 17, who told me the supplier was out of stock and would be back in stock in 2 weeks. I sent another email on December 17. Edmund said he has contacted the distributor and will let me know. I have now requested a refund.

Very disappointing. I don't know whether this is just terrible service or if the company is a scam.

Great customer service, help with initial query, and continued to remain in contact updating delivery info as it happened.

Ordered replacement brushes for powakaddy golf trolley. They arrived within days and were well packaged. Fantastic price as well. Will definitely use them again.
