Ordered something from them as they showed as in stock. Didn’t turn up within the time stated and when i questioned it I was told that they was waiting on stock from the supplier which I didn’t mind as motorcaddy wasn’t showing stock when I ordered that’s why I chose these guys. Had to chase for updates which some didn’t get replied to.
After 3 weeks and motorcaddy showing stock I questioned it again to which he said he would check and didn’t get back to me. I then explained my frustrations with Ed and got a refund but that was after his rude response back to me.

Claimed that there was a supply chain issue, never sent the item out, and kept saying how busy everything was, claimed to have refunded me but didn't actually do so. This company is a sham inbox. Do not use.

Efficient service and great product, easy to use site and effective communication!

I have used this site twice and have been very impressed with the service I have received.

The fact that they have all the spare parts for the older powakaddy trolleys,very clear which trolley they are for & prompt service all this & then the cheapest

Great description and very prompt dispatch. The gearbox was exactly as promised and worked out of the box with very clear and legible instructions.

Seemless transaction, found via google and purchased a speed controller for my motocaddy as they were cheaper than everyone else online, surprised by the other reviews on here as product arrived quickly with no issues.

I ordered a tyre for my Powercaddy on a Sunday evening, it arrived on Friday and I fitted it straight away. 1st class service.

A fraud company!! Ordered and paid for spare parts for my golf trolley (months ago) and never received them. Claimed for it and the first time I was lucky to receive an answer with promises of receiving the order soon. Two months later Ed won’t even spare 1 minute of his time to reply to my emails!!! Don’t waste your time AND your money!!

This site needs yo be taken down
On 6 occasions I have tried to contact them and each time no response either by phone or email
Tried to purchase goods and every time money has been taken only to be returned with no explanation
Completely useless company

Ordered a speed controller for a motocaddy golf trolley. Controller delivered as expected and worked as expected.

Ordered a driver shaft, first time I used it the driver head flew off as the adapter was not fitted on securely, tried to phone, always goes to voicemail and don't reply, emailed, surprise, surprise NO reply
Shocking company who don't give a damn once they have your money, will be going to citizens advice for advice on how to report them properly

Absolutely shocking customer service. No response to calls or emails. Happy to take your money but not happy to send your goods. Ordered an item back in August, I still haven't received it or had any answer as to why? Contact number goes straight to answer machine, then asks you to leave message and will get straight back...........no call back. Same with email queries - no response.

I recently inherited a second hand Electric Golf Stream Trolley that needed a good bit of work on it.

I discovered that Custompro Golf supplies all parts for Golf Stream electric trollies and so I was able to order a new battery and charger, speed control unit and a new set of wheels.

The order was good value and delivery very efficient.

I fitted all the parts myself and my golfing buddies wanted to know where I got my "New" Trolley!!

So with the help of Custompro Golf I was able to recycle and reuse and therefore Im one happy customer!!

I was sold an electric golf buggy and discovered he gearing was not up to much, I ordered a replacement from Custom golf pro. The service was excellent the fitting was easy now my buggy runs like a new one so thank you.

Ordered a brush ring assembly for my trolley motor. Ordering was easy and the part arrived promptly. Unfortunately it didn't fix the motor as it was knackered. No fault of customprogolf though and I would have no hesitation n ordering from them again.

Ordered new wheels for my Powakaddy FW7. They arrived within 24 hours. Times are hard for supplying parts at the moment but I received excellent service and would definately order again from Ed.

Scammers and crooks. Buyer Beware!
This Company should be closed down by Trading Standards and reported to the National Crime Agency.
I ordered a part for my powercaddy trolley, which was advertised as in stock and available for delivery within 4 days. As I was keen to obtain the part in time for the weekend, this sounded perfect.
Unfortunately, this is where the positive experience ends.
I paid £92 for the part which Ed was very swift to take payment for but very reluctant to actually supply. Despite the promised 4 day delivery, a week later my order had still not turned up!
8 days after placing the order, I left a message for someone to call me which was when Ed finally got in touch with me.😮
Ed informed me that he was going to call me because the part was out of stock, which appears strange and rather underhanded that it was advertised as available on his website and full payment was taken. 😥
However, Ed advised me that he had a alternative part that would do the same job and all I would need to do is use a tiewrap to fix the plug in position 😃
When the part arrived not only was it secondhand with stickers peeling off which looked as if they had been taken from another unit and just stuck on 😞
It was corroded and didn’t work so 😥
I emailed Ed, including some photos of the part to let him know that I wasn’t happy with the product and would be returning it, in accordance with the company’s returns policy, for a full refund.
Ed replied with a very unprofessional and rude email telling me I was talking utter nonsense and it would be a waste of my time and his doing this.
The part was returned via recorded deliver, at a cost of £7 to me. I have confirmation of the part being delivered and signed for as well as pictures of the parcel in Ed’s office. This was over 3 weeks ago and despite sending evidence of successful delivery to Ed, I have still not received my refund 😡
This matter ifs far from over as I have clearly been scammed by this company. I’ll keep you informed and if Ed has any morals or conscience and decides to do the right thing and refund me, I’ll let you know 🤔.
