I recently used cutlist for a project. The turn around time was excellent. Communication was great. The price was spot on for the work they provided. The boards were not messy from the edge banding which is good to see. The driver was professional and nothing was too much hassle. I will 100% use cutlist again for any future projects.

I’ve used cutlist for 2 jobs now and I can’t fault their service , communication is spot on ( which is massively important to me ) they give you a date and a time slot I also had a call from the driver 45minutes before delivery. The products themselves arrived clean , no chips and everything is labelled which makes my life so much easier. Thank you Cutlist, great products and great service .

These guys take a lot of stress out of a job!
Ive Had multiple orders with cutlist, all with fast accurate quotes, so far i cant fault a thing.
Every correspondence with cutlist is quick and informative.
I was sceptical about using the excel form at the start but Its worth getting used to. It helps you on the job and it makes it easy to double check everything from the quote to delivery.
They are Worth every penny and
I will be using them for the foreseeable future.

Great service from cutlist. My panels were cut to my sizes and labelled ready for me to build my furniture. The ready made shaker doors are great value and the quality is excellent. Very simple process from order to delivery. If like me you have no workshop then this is ideal for getting your materials cut to size and ready to use.

CUTLIST - The Best Service I've received EVER since having moved from South Africa to the UK.

I recently started dabbling in woodworking / cabinet building and I was commisioned to build my first cabinet and matching shelf for customer.

Having scoured the WWW for a praticular Egger/Chip Board, CUTLIST were the only ones that were able to source the product for me. Not only did they source it, but they cut the boards down to the sizes I requested. I specified edge banding too, but I didn't specify exactly what I wanted to edge band. Within a couple days, I was able to go collect the cut and edged boards.

Upon further inspection a few days after collection, I noticed some edges weren't edge banded. Not CUTLIST's fault in any way. All my error, being a newbie to cabinet making.

I emailed CUTLIST, they sent me some extra edging via post, free of charge!! Once I received the edging, I attempted a test glue up and trim, which didn't work out too well.

I then emailed Alex and asked if I could bring the boards back to them to edge for me. Alex's reply was "Sure thing, bring it round in the morning and the guys will zip it through for you, no charge!"

Despite CUTLIST being an hour/hour and a half drive away, I will most certainly continue using them as and when I receive more work. Their service, pricing, turnaround times are second to none! I simply cannot fault Alex and his team and their willingness to look beyond my errors and still assist me without additional charge. Any other company would've most likely charged me to post edging, or to do additional edging, especially when the error was on my part.

Fantastic service!

Everything is chip free and cut to exact dimensions. Yes you pay for delivery but it’s much cheaper than taking half a day to drive and collect👌.

Excellent service from start to finish. Kept updated on progress and delivery. If you process panels the service is a must.

My formative engagement was with Liz (the Operations Manager - an exceptionally pleasant person). I emailed and called her on multiple occasions for assistance with my order and my need to make multiple changes. She was very helpful and very patient with me too. I must add that the order form was very very simple and clear, and the use of their online catalogue was also very very good.

I was made aware of a delay with my order because of COVID-19. This was completely reasonable, and I was kept abreast of my order update very well.

The delivery was made by someone called Matt (from what I remember). He was also fantastic. Very professional, and conscious of social distancing.

The articles I ordered were 100% precise. The finish was impeccable. The cuts were PERFECT and CLEAN. The edging was SEAMLESS and FLAWLESS.

A big plus was we were also give all of our off-cuts which was a tremendous help, and has allowed us to kick-start our second DIY project. To addm the quality of the off-cuts was just as good as the wood cut and finished to order.

I will be a returning customer! I highly recommend CutList!

This is the second time that I have ordered material from CutList, both the quality of the cabinet plywood and the accuracy/repeatability of the items machined was excellent. The delivery service is also first rate, avoids the need to constrict the size of tasks undertaken by the maximum size of items that can be fitted in the car. Overall very pleased and would strongly recommend them.
