Very large long heavy desk tops arrived…
Very large long heavy desk tops arrived late and unprotected. No covering no wrapping no nothing in transit. One got dropped during the delivery by one guy . This was a 2 man delivery. You need to ask more questions in the order about access to the property, if I was three stories up with no elevator there would have been an issue. And be aware apparently it says on the website of the product is heavier than a certain amount you are required to help the delivery driver bring it into the property! The lady at customer service was good and the product is good but the delivery, no protection or packaging iis shocking.

Goods not delivered
Advice: Sort by recent and filter to one stars.
Goods never delivered and refund refused. Have raised a fraud claim with bank. I advise not to use this service, they seem to be scammers. I think they are using an AI chatbot to handle complaints too... very peculiar customer service. Avoid this company.
Update: Offered full refund. The main issue seems to be with the delivery company CutMy uses. Delivery cost was two thirds of the order price. I would have been far more forgiving if the delivery cost wasn't so absurd and the service so awful. Over priced, over promised, under delivered.
