To update - I have spoken to my store manager who did indeed action your order to be delivered to your residential adress by ACS.We will be making our own complaint to the courier company because this is not the service you requested for you.
Where we can we like to deliver ourselves but this is not always possible and so we sometimes have to use a courier company.
Unfortunately in this instance it did not meet our high standard of service.
Hope you will shop with us again and give us a chance to do better!

WAS Disappointed - but now super impressed!
Disappointing. Delivery date came and went with no comms, then after chasing them, it turns out that what they sold me as in stock was out of stock.
Missed a work deadline because of this, won't be using them again.
UPDATE. Well, a measure of how good a business is how they act to put things right. Within a few hours of my review, I was contacted, an explanation was offered and the company bent over backwards to help me out. Great comms, and great service makes for a GREAT business. I've given them five stars now only because I couldn't give them six stars. I will absolutely be using them again and I recommend them now without hesitation. Well done, CWC!

Great service - ordered online collected & paid in store
I got an e-mail about a 'black Friday week' discount on toner cartridges on Monday. I placed an order for 5 cartidges then got a 'phone call to say all but one would be in the following day. I collected them and was told the remaining one would be due in soon, and later that afternoon I got a 'phone call to say it had arrived, I collected it two days later when I was next in the area.
These cartridges are quite slow moving lines so not often in stock, so it was good to get them so quickly, and the staff in the Larnaca shop were very helpful.
