The only problem is that there is no facility to return the used cartridges when using ACS Delivery service. Although its quite clear that the company does its best to protect the environment by offering to take the used items or to collect them from the customer. I am very pleased with their quick response in issues that have to do with protecting the Environment.

Unfortunately only registered waste handlers can collect or accept your empty cartridges. The license journey is both extensive and exhaustive, that said, we put the environment first and for 20 years pioneered the return of the ink and toner we put into the market. ACS or other Couriers are not licensed and cannot collect for us.
We are ready to accept empties at our store, or you can call us to collect.
A 3* for being the only active collectors is a bit hash on us, i hope you will reconsider.
