Although understandably due to the pandemic situation causing not so smooth execution of orders (stock availability and delivery times) the service was satisfactory and I believe this should be made known and pointed to customers when delivery times are committed.

Thanks for your review. We take timely delivery very seriously so I thought to clarify. Our 1-3 working days stated did take us to Monday which we delivered and not to Sunday as it's not a working day. Web order was received 7/1/2021 at 13.30, I understand the store communicated that we were expecting stock to come in and that we would deliver once we had them. As you had mentioned it was urgent, immediately once our shipment arrived on 11/1/2021 we delivered right after lunchtime.
We value your business and strive to get orders out next day when stock allows. These days it has proved hard to forecast.
