Don't use their repair service!
I really don't recommend anyone to have their printer repaired here. I paid €20 for a clean & service and got the printer back still full of blue ink (from the leaked cartridge). I bought two new cartridges (they said to buy HP as their copy ones apparently didn't work on my printer). My printer doesn't work after I got it back... some cartridge problem! I'm €125 poorer now without a printer that works!

I think we tried our best to satisfy you. The printer clean and service was not the issue. It was a cyan cartridge that had leaked and a black and yellow that were low, these c/r's were not supplied by us! We correctly cleaned the mess. The remaining blue ink you mentioned is safely in the reservoir sponge (a feature on all ink printers) and not a replaceable part. The printer was working fine with us. You purchased new original black but not a yellow from us, and the reason the printer subsequently didn't work was the yellow stopped working. We recommended original hp as all aftermarket c/r's are temporarily affected by hp' recent firmware update that has rendered all internet connected printers to no longer recognize the non-hp supplied c/r. if you want someone to blame, you should contact whoever supplied you with the previous inks, they should honor their guarantee as we always do.

I have sent you an email with a fuller account but here is the gist.
Original Equipment Manufacturers… hp etc. are continuing to send firmware changes in order to block third party cartridges from being used in their printers, with the intention to discourage purchase of anything but their own expensive inks and toners. It is done by stealth and without customers knowing why, via updates to internet connected printers
To combat this we fit new chips to all CW Brand cartridges. All this is well and good until… yes you guessed it!
Until the next firmware update is released by the OEM that closes out the cartridge.
To avoid dissatisfaction and a better experience when using CW cartridges. we recommend you to turn off any updates from Hp. To do this go into your printer’s menu and locate Automatic Updates which need to be turned off. You can find them under Tools or Maintenance.
once done you can once again purchase our own brand.
