The product was due for delivery today (Tuesday), I received a phone call early afternoon explaining that the product had not yet been delivered to store so would it be possible to deliver Thursday. I explained that I had relied upon this delivery date to print some important documents. Very understanding and the product was delivered by 5:00 pm today. Excellent.
