Took in a 50 year old Tudor Princess watch for a major service. Store were interested in that also had the original purchase paperwork. Did take a long time to be 'rebuilt' and serviced however well worth the wait. The lady who fronted the interaction was very caring in handling the emotional return, thanks.

I was very happy with my aquamarine heart; Sellors made it to fit an existing heavy chain I had. Service was friendly & professional; delighted with the finished design.

The lovely store assistant gave me the time and space to make the decision on the piece of jewellery I had selected. They were extremely helpful in assisting me with my choice. Overall a very pleasent shopping experience. With a fantastic range of jewellery avalible.

We bought a pair of Sellors Blue John earrings from the Heights of Abraham shop and called in the Bakewell shop to find a matching ring - the customer service was exceptional and we ended up buying both a Blue John ring (which they are resizing) and a necklace and also a Opal necklace- we could not have had any better service - thank you.

I was attracted to this particular store owing to the excellent window display of quality jewellery and my eye was attracted to a particular design of a gold necklace On entering the store the sales assistant Caitlin was very friendly but not at all pushy. The store itself was stocked with high quality jewellery, writing instruments and leather goods.
I was surprised learn that the item I was interested in was included in a 50% sale the store was operating and upon inspecting the said item I had no hesitation in purchasing the item.
I was very impressed with the quality of jewellery the store had to offer and would have no hesitation in recommending the store to friends and family.

Found my beautiful jet earrings while on holiday in Whitby. Design was unlike most of the stores in that they have a historic element to them. They're my new favorite pair! Sales person was very friendly and helped guide me to the items that were my style.

We were in holiday and spotted a really nice ring in the shop window but it was too big. They contacted one of their other shops to see if they had the right size but didn't. They they contacted the jeweller and whilst we walked around Whitby he worked on the ring and reduced the ring to the correct size. Within a couple of hours we had the ring and at the sale price. Great service. Highly recommended.

The girls in the Chesterfield branch are fantastic, they made the whole experience a pleasure - a shame to see the store close. Big shout to Shannon who was brilliant.

Did a great and prompt job in getting my watch fully serviced, repaired and back into full working order. Couldn’t fault the assistance provide by the staff in Shrewsbury.

This is a dreadful company whose staff know nothing about customer service.

I bought a present in good faith.

On 31 July 2025 I ordered a LONGINES LA GRANDE CLASSIQUE DE LONGINES LADIES WATCH. It was advertised as a brand new watch at £910.00 and advertised at a 30% discount - a reduction of £390. They sent me a second hand damaged watch that was terribly scratched.

I threatened legal action. To avoid legal action they asked me to pay an additional £90 to replace it - so £1000 to order a replacement. They also asked me to pay £20.95 to return the damaged watch.

On 29 September having told me they had placed an order for the replacement watch they told me

‘Unfortunately we have been advised that we will not be able to get this model for you. For the time being due to some issues around shipments and delivery time frames we are no longer going to carry Longines’

This is a not true as the website today miraculously has Longines watches now at £1600.

I was a genuine person buying a gift and they treated me appallingly.

Today I have finally received my £910 and my £20.95 refund but it has been the most stressful and horrendous experience.

Do not risk dealing with this company - don’t jeopardise you hard earned money buying gifts or Christmas presents. You will be sadly disappointed.

In 24 hours I have secure a beautiful, perfect watch from a reputable high street chain and I have learnt never to deal with CW Sellors who do not care a jot about customer service.

***STILL NO REFUND***The reviews show a theme……take your money, don’t have the item, slow burn the refund. I’ve unsuccessfully transacted twice with CW Sellors / Jura Watches / W Hamond group. On both occasions it’s ended without a watch, and with a refund. Which apparently takes up to 14 days. Slow to respond to messages, it says on their website that their customer service is open Sunday but it doesn’t respond to messages. I honestly can’t be sure how businesses survive with this level of service. That’s £3k sales lost, won’t be giving them a third chance.

I've bought a few things from Sellors. The range of items is staggering, including things made with Blue John, a stone only found in Deryshire. Watches as well, a passiion of mine. A special mention to HARRIET, who I have dealt with a lot, and who has been very hepful and patient !

I ordered a pair of cufflinks, they arrived damaged with one misshapen and the other dirty. I returned these to the address on the invoice only to be told it was wrong. I had to pay approx £20 on returns fees due to this error and im still waiting for my refund. They will not proactively contact you re a refund. They need to be chased consistently.

Ordered watch last week and heard nothing for a few days so got on whatsapp to ask about status of order. After seeing reviews on here was getting worried!!!. Was told my watch was not in stock and would be oredered on next consignment which could be up to 8 weeks. To my surprise 3 days later had email saying dpd expecting my parcel and i recieved my watch next day fully stickerd and tagged and warranty card filled in. Am now proud owner of my beautiful squale. I would say most people only leave a review when they have had a bad experience. My experience has been a great one. Orders will be fullfilled. Suggestions of scam company well wide of the mark.

We bought our items on-line for our Granddaughters 18th Birthday in November. I ordered the Whitby Jet Necklace first, I ticked for the gift box & card, which is no extra cost. When it arrived on Thursday I couln't have been more pleased. The necklace is beautifully made & so elegent, Its was beautifully gift wrapped, the gift boxes it arrived in made it even more special, The care they give to make your experience of shopping with them was second to none. We were so pleased wit h the necklace, of which we got a discount at Checkout we decided to order some earring to go with it, these too arrived the following day, again, beautifully gift wrapped & the earrings so beautiful & elegant. The gift card was so nice & written with our message. I would definitely recommend them & I would definitely buy from them again. Thank you for making our gifts extra special

I’ve used this company twice without issue previously, which is why this is 2 star not 1. The third time has put me off ever using them again. Be warned they sell items that are not only not in stock but aren’t even in the country. 6 months (that’s not an exaggeration) I spent waiting for a 40th birthday present that I had paid for, repeatedly told it was a delay with shipping but still available - I kept checking this as I would have cancelled and ordered elsewhere. Communication during this time was non-existent, I had to email for every update. You can guess the ending; unable to fulfill order.
Some elements might have been out of their control but my main issue is the customer service; a month would go by each time without any update from them. Given payment had been made I found this utterly appalling.
