I recently purchased what was advertised as white cushion covers, expecting a pristine white colour as shown in the product images. However, to my dismay, the covers that arrived were a yellow cream colour. This was not the colour I ordered or what was advertised online.

Due to some bad weather, I wasn't able to open the box and check the contents immediately. By the time I did, the return period had already lapsed. Despite this, I wasn’t asking for a refund, only a replacement in the correct colour. I reached out to customer service, explaining the situation and asking for an exchange since the items were still in the original packaging and unused.

To my surprise and disappointment, my request was flatly denied. I understand policies are in place for a reason, but given the circumstances, I expected a bit more understanding and flexibility, especially since the error was on their end.

I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service. The cushion covers are not the color advertised, and the company’s unwillingness to rectify their mistake leaves a lot to be desired. I won’t be shopping here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

The pump cover fits well and provides excellent protection. The pump also seems a lot quieter when running. The cover is well made and was delivered quickly. Packaging could have been a bit better as the box it came in was completely obliterated but luckily there was no damage to the cover

Brilliant service. I ordered the cover and mat in two different colours. Company rang to ensure the order was correct (it wasn’t) and quickly altered it. Delivery super quick - around 24 hours from order to delivery. Hoping it will reduce bills but can already tell that the pump humming sound is reduced. Highly recommend

I've had the lay-z spa hot tub cover and pump covers for a couple of years now and have found them to be excellent. I haven't used the hot tub for quite some time as I've had work done on the garden. I've recently starting setting an area up for the tub to go and noticed I'd lost a few bits and pieces for the cover poles. I got in touch with them to ask how I could go about getting replacements. Karen promptly responded and then arranged for the replacement parts to be sent over to me; other companies would probably have advised me this was not possible or have charged an extortionate amount to do so. This was not the case here and I can honestly say it's the best customer experience I've had, which is all the more impressive given the profit driven focus of many other companies these days. Highly recommended.

Thermal cover, wrap and base for lay z spa has halved our bills, brilliant product and service

Whilst the insulation of the pump cover appears to be good the closure of the top of the cover is incredibly difficult to achieve and would not stop rain water getting in as not able to sufficiently close the top of the cover. Would benefit from a toggle mechanism or zip to close the cover top

This is our 3rd summer with our laz-y-spa. We have always stood our pump and tub on 100mm insulation which has really helped with noise reduction but decided to get one of these covers as I was concerned there was still a humming noise.
We’ve had it now a few weeks and can definately tell the difference so we’re very pleased with our purchase.
The cover is really well made too and it looks much nicer than the pump.

Top marks to the guys at cwtchy covers. I ordered on a Sunday night and after ordering I then realised they were very local so after an email and a quick conversation they let me collect the cover the same day as they had them in stock. 10/10. 👍👍

The insulation was delivered on time and well packed. I can confirm that it has made a noticeable improvement on the heat retention of the hot tub and should save me money over a period of time. Also it’s well constructed, and fits well. Thank you

This is our second set of covers from Cwtchy and, although they are not fitted yet, they are awesome. We were not sure when we ordered our first set, but they were so good we are now ordered again to renew and upgrade our energy and heat savings - we look forward to getting them fitted as soon as tub back out and running - many thanks Cwtchy yet again.

Spa covers come in all shapes and sizes. Cwtchy covers website made the selection of the right size and colour so easy. Tracking and delivery really quick and the covers really are well made. Had the base, side and top on for our lay z spa zurich on since Sept. Even during our recent cold snap, and using tub every other day and tub at 38c constantly running costs are kept very reasonable. I think that we must already be close to saving the purchase cost in saved electricity. Just ordered the pump cover to complete the set. Lovely business to deal with and super happy with the covers.

For my lay z spa maldives I ordered the liner wrap, lid and pump cover and they all fit well and appear to be good quality and will last. Which is just as well because the total price is high even with a special offer and I am hoping the lower electric costs and speed of heating up will make it all worthwhile. Only had the insulation on a few days but the early indications are good. It is a slight hassle taking off an extra lid but I'm sure I'll get used to it and it all looks neat and tidy.

I contacted the company as their promotional code wasn’t working. I was contacted by Karen who advised that the code had expired but hadn’t been taken down, she also said the company would honour the promotion in full and gave me a new code which I promptly placed my order against. The product turned up quickly too. They went above and beyond to help me and Karen deserves a gold star 🌟 The product is also fantastic. 👍

These covers and wraps are very well made and the best available. I 3 design ideas need to be put on.
Pump wrap, the cord that needs tobe ruffled at the top needs toggles. For the price I would expect it, most important to prevent on side disappearing as this is what happened to me and it took several hours to get it back out. Very frustrating and painful on my hands.
The wrap is to long for the maldives, needs tobe more fitted so rain does not go down between spa and wrap.
When I looked at the top I would have expected to have clips on and on the outside of the wrap so it can be secure. Like the original spa and top. This also would keep spa protected and warmer.
