I‘m a normal player and didn‘t do something wrong.

This is scam and we have to do something against them.

This casino is illegal and also scam.
I‘m in contact now with international cyber crime police.

Recently they conducted a survey and 22nd August 2021 is the last day for submitting their opinion. And they offered €25 free bets for participating in the survey. They supposed to be started distribution of free bets by 23rd August 2021 according to their own statement. I participated in the survey and I was assured of the free bets.
I keep in touch with the support team this is the 4th day since the end of survey still they have not credited anything, when asked for the free bets they keep on saying it will be credited soon.
I think this is one of the most fake casino, I request my fellow players to be aware while dealing with this casino. Fortunately I have not lost anything.
Now they frozen my account without any reason.

Please be very careful with this betting company my brother's and sisters for my experience so far with them I actually deposit 100usd into the bet account for about a week now it didn't appear and they declined the deposit and promise to refund the money but unfortunately up to now they have not refund the money and keep on telling me this:Information on this issue was transferred to the payment system. As soon as we receive a response from them, we will provide you with information.

The site is a scam, they don't offer any option to withdraw via card.

Also when you withdraw via other options the money stays there pending for over a week.

The money is not withdrawn and its to tempt to you to go betting again.

I enter contact with people with same problem as me, frozen account. No one gets paid, even after the 6 months they ask.

They spamming fake reviews with a bizar grammar from BR people, we dont wrote like that. And they report my reviews, cyber bet can u guys pay what i won in your website

I was betting on cyber.bet for about 6 months. One week ago I have requested a withdrawal, and it was refused, while I was asked to provide a selfie with an ID card in front of a support ticket. After I sent this photo I was asked to wait for 5 business days to get a reply. Of course I didn’t get any reply and one week later I wrote to support once more. One hour after (I did not receive any reply) I got an information that my account has been frozen for half a year. Now nobody replies to my message, and I don’t know what is going on with my money.

Cyber.bet, please, contact me and let me know what is going on or I will be redirecting this situation to police. It is not legal to act like this and such “verifications” were not declared in the “Terms & Conditions”. I was acting according to your rules declared there and I won my money by a fair way. I got this message for no reason. Just trying to withdraw few hundred euros!

6 months for service checking???
Earlier they did KYC check, I sent them documents, address verification, selfie with ID and everything was ok but suddenly they froze account with money blocked!
They are scammers for sure! Everything is ok while you loosing money, but once you earn some and try to withdraw it then scammers froze account and due to reviews they did it multiple times.
I'm sorry but didn't read reviews earlier.
And don't believe their replys on negative comments, they don't respond on emails!
