I work in the pdsa on till and I would of giving them no stars as Customer service is appaling they say they will ring back and never do leaving a charity shop with a faulty till. With a screen size that is difficult to use. Both this time today and last Monday. DO NOT USE!!

I am currently in the process of searching for a new EPOS system for my organisation. One company that we know are users of Cybertill recommended them to us. Having investigated the website it says all the right things with the exception that it misses out the most fundamental information of all. It provides no basic costs or pricing for the system at all. Over the last 2 days i have called in excess of 7 times to get information to be be hit with the dreaded answerphone please leave a message. Alas no response to that or the messages. The other key factor here is that the company does not have a rating in respects of how good it is compared with other EPOS providers. SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT
Simon is a very good trainer, listens well to what we require and answers those specific Qs, if he is not able to answer at that time then he will follow it up later.

I rang for clarification on the headings of a report I had run on the back office. An immediate answer could not be given, which I thought was strange as it was a Cybertill report, but the help desk said that they would phone me back the same day. They did not. I had to phone the next day, when there was still some discussion going on about my question. They eventually found an answer and emailed me with an explanation of the headings. They cited an example, which they did not include in the email, so I had to work it out for myself, which I eventually did, but not exactly helpful.
Usually, the help desk are very prompt with their responses, so have to assume this was just an off day.

Really Helpful support. After a few days of head scratching I called Cybertill for help with a networking problem relating to some Powerline adapters not working properly. After a trying a few pairing methods
it turned out to be something in the settings which Cybertill fixed within Seconds. Now both my computers are working Spot on. Thankyou So much

Setting up new shops, the projects team were great and very accommodating. my account manager pushed everything forward and she always keeps in contact.

Agent very helpful an supportive. communicated well keeping me informed while he worked remotely staying on the phone for a hour
Explained another agent would be taking a look into the problem, on calling back agent introduced me to new agent and problem was amended in about 15 mins. Agent was very professional.

After looking across the market at various suppliers, we found that Cybertill was the best system for us to expand the business.
We have worked with Cybertill for just over a year now and we have proven this was the right decision.
