We have been using Cybertill for over 15 years and over this time we have had really great customer care. Most recently we have found the interaction between our account manager most helpful and has introduced us to new ideas and updates we weren't aware of. We're finding the new applications to the system extremely useful, namely the Dashboard.

We have recently transitioned to Cybertill's CharityStore EPOS system for our charity shops located across the country and we couldn't be happier with the transition.
The system is user-friendly and easy to navigate, with all the required features to manage inventory, sales, and all other aspects of running a successful retail operation.
The support received from Cybertill from initiation and sales, through to project management, training and helpdesk support has been excellent and incredibly responsive, addressing any questions or concerns quickly and professionally.
Beyond the excellent product and support we're now receiving as we are Live, Cybertill has a real commitment to helping charitable organisations succeed.

Very poor communication. We have had Cybertill in place for a while now and recently received four threatened suspension notices for non payment of monthly fees. Our bank account shows that our monthly fees have been transferred, but we are unable to get the accounts team at cybertill to verify this or sort out any potential banking issue as
a) there is never anyone available at the accounts dept to answer calls
b) no one ever gets back to us when we leave a message on the answerphone
c) no one replies to our emails regarding the matter
d) even our own account manager does not respond to our answerphone messages.
Even if we hadn't already paid the fees that are allegedly outstanding, we would not be able to pay by credit or debit card (as Cybertill so kindly offer the option) because there is no one to give card details to!
And don't get me started on the extraordinary length of time it is taking to get our barcoding machine installed!!!

Very poor communication. Considering each new system is around 6.5K, I would expect better service. The system itself is not intuitive and If you want basic training that’s an additional 1K + on top of the 6.5K toll system. Avoid, there’s better software out there.

Yes hi ,I seem to be getting a lot of trouble wirh the till ,it's slow and takes 5 mins to relvad, so much so the customers are getting fed up wirh it ,we had so many problems wirh it from sense wrexham 07568384356

Completely unable to get a demo of this product, or any information. If we can't even get the sales team to talk to us, then I assume that the post-sale service will be even worse.

Seems service has fallen with staff changes and a lack of communication. Installation for new shops has a long delay with a lack of any urgency. Disappointing as their service levels were so good pre COVID. Hope we can get back to the good old days!

Since we came into work this morning we have had issues with our label printers and after calling your help desk at 9 am , we have been in contact throughout the day .Even though the problem has not been fixed, it has been discovered and I wanted to email you and say thanks to a gentleman called Jacob who has helped me throughout the day. Even when we were disconnected due to internet issues, he made the effort to call the shops landline to keep me informed.
