I ordered a replacement till after our old J2 bit the dust in a big way and Jean was the member of the projects team tasked with setting up our new order. From the very first meeting with Ellie to the installation & training with Carina I have been impressed at the attention to detail from Cybertill.
Their experience shows through, we have been supported through our first steps at what must be a very difficult working time (late 2020) for them as a group.

Right from the beginning, CyberTill have been very informative with no question being too silly/small. Even during the lockdown when everything went on hold, we still had correspondence with them.
Training has been completed with Carina who has been absolutely fantastic with excellent knowledge and very approachable.
I would definitely recommend CyberTill to anyone who is thinking of changing their till system

We had a presentation with Elaine Scott. She was prepared for any question we asked. The presentation took 2 hours, but we would have liked to listen to her more. She has a wealth of knowledge about the ins and outs of the system. She also replied quickly to all our questions afterwards promptly and professionally.

Very happy with the service so far, having just placed our order. It has been a great experience working with Elaine - she explained the system really clearly with great visuals and no question was a silly question! She spent lots of time explaining options and helping us achieve the solution we need within our budget. We were comparing 3 options for our till and feel confident we have selected the best with Cybertill.

We've been with Cybertill for 5 years. The system has always been extremely reliable. Without them we would not have been able to expand so quickly. We've been particularly lucky to have Jenny Murphy as our accounts manager, who's helped us through thick and thin. A Real asset to their team. Cybertill doesn't have the most modern interface out there, but under the hood it's superior to many of the more sleek looking systems like EPOS Now or Vend. Ultimately, Cybertill is a great company to deal with!

I wanted to express Clive Mark’s gratitude for all the support we have had from Stephen Shields, Simon Lavery and Chris Jordan! Honestly they could not have been more helpful and supportive throughout this stressful process over the last 5 months. Every weekly project call was informative, personable and anything discussed was thoroughly followed up with any issues being investigated and dealt with. All three that I have mentioned, have been utterly amazing and we genuinely could not have succeeded with the implementation of Cyber Till without them. Stephen has been contactable at all times and assisted in depth with any problems we have come across in terms of the new system, he has helped us answer any queries to be honest he has gone above and beyond to help us. Simon has the patience of a saint and has dealt with difficult situations where 5 managers are in a room disputing one issue or another relying on Simon for an answer, he has been brilliant and the feedback from the Store Manager’s training was incredible. Now we have gone live, with the help of Simons training I have had minimal issues or queries from our store’s in regards to their new till system (with the history of our business, this is amazing!). And finally, Chris. From the moment he came out to do a technical survey in our head office, he has been so helpful due to our lack of technical knowledge and failure to have everything ready in our stores for our printers to be set up, again his patience and kindness has been one of a kind.

I’m usually very sceptical about IT infrastructure providers and the return we got for what can be a significant investment.
I’m really pleased to say that after six months I’ve heard nothing but praise from the team for Cybertill. The planning, installation, ongoing support all went smoothly with blips being sorted quickly.
More importantly, the team - some of whom are a little ‘IT challenged’ have all embraced the new system and the new metrics it collects has allowed us to maximise sales, better allocate stock, increase gift aid reclaims. All so that we can help more people who need hospice care at the end of their lives.
The initial set up wasn’t cheap and it’ll probably be 2/3 years before we get a true ROI but so far....it looks good.
