Recently purchased a Zone 3 wetsuit , boots and gloves from Wiggle. All fit perfectly and l relay pleaded with the quality! The ease and speed of service (received my order within 3days) and support from the team has been excellent.

It’s been a fun, quick, easy and overall great experience changing over my insurance. The team are really helpful and great to get along with. Loads of benefits which my previous provider didn’t offer.it

I had a lovely chat with Barbara who helped me set up the insurance this time last year, and helped with with renewing it after issues with my credit card meaning that the automatic renewal did not go through.

I purchased third party cycle insurance with Wiggle. You hope you never have to use it, however in July I was knocked off my bike. The insurance cover included a sum for private medical/physiotherapy, which I needed to use. Wiggle customer service has been excellent to enable me to access this. From the first phone call to my claim I can honestly say I can't fault the professional service I received.

I’ve been with this company for years and they have refused to replace the bicycle that was stolen even though it was secured to railings set in concrete using an approved lock I even gave them CCTV video showing a grinder being used to cut the lock I mean what more could they possibly need to know it’s correct to pay me. What a load of crooks

Barbra was phenomenal in handling my claim. She resolved this in a matter of days and I'll be on the road again very briefly

I have been contacting Wiggle Insurance over email and phone for the past few weeks, and talking to their staffs over the phone is so easy and simple to adjust details off my policy! I was genuinely impressed on how efficient it all went and how asking about future potential claims, issues and updates were promptly answered.

I am Happy to give them 5 star rating, as my experience with them has been nothing but great, I do hope that doesn't change :)!

I had a unique experience with my bike being stolen to say the least. I was really impressed by the professionalism and response of the Wiggle Team. Dylan made sure that the communication was both constant and clear, and I knew where we were at every stage of the claim process. I would really recommend Wiggle Cycle Insurance.

Used the insurance for two or three years and found the customer service excellent and the pricing competitive. The proof of course is in claims handling. Unfortunately I had the misfortune of having my bike stolen and needed to make a claim. The process was slick and with a quick resolution. I can't recommend highly enough based on my own experience.
