once again an insurance company finds a way, not to payout. you pay your premiums securely lock your bike someone steels it which is bad enough but then your insurance company says one of the two locks used is not good enough so we will not cover you even though the other lock complies with their small print. Stay clear of this company

So far excellent online and simple and very reasonable when compared to others. Great stuff (so far). I can now ride with confidence and cover.

Great quick service over the phone. Have had a few policies with them and are always great weather travelling with your bike or general riding at home.

Price on screen was £23 after 20%discount offered but I received three separate policy e mails as apparently the price shown was for rider cover only and the two bikes were under separate policies that bumped the price up to £198. They were unable to find any errors on their website so refused to honour the £23 quote even though the higher price was not shown anywhere unti I received the e mailed policy docs. Be careful if arranging insurance online through this company

I’ve been meaning to update my policy for a little while but I kept putting it off. I assumed it would be a pain to do it. I was pleasantly surprised to find out how simple it was to sort out. I don’t believe this would have been possible without the the customer service that Wiggle’s insurance team deliver. The whole process from start to finish was done in a few emails. Ever time I sent a query I received back very informative and polite emails. Exactly what you’d expect from any customer service team. In my opinion they work to a very high standard and I’m glad they’ve got my back.

Wiggle insurance has covered me for 2 years now. And have had to claim for one bike stolen.
They are very efficient and the services provided are great.
I always tell my cycling friends to use wiggle. Super recommended!

These guys are really good. I've been with them for a few years now. Each time I've had an issue they have resolved it absolutely.

1) My bike got travelled in a flight and they covered the repair inspection costs
2) Another bike got stolen and they paid out the premium without hassle
3) When moving house they amended my cover to ensure I was covered storing my bike in an outside locker

Great customer service and I'll continue to keep renewing with them.

I had a query so phoned them up . The representative (Tanya) was very helpful and cheery. My query was resolved no problem.

I never needed to claim against the policy, but when I came to cancel it (due to my bike being covered by my home insurance policy) it could not have been more straightforward. A 2 minute phone call with no time on hold, a very friendly person on the end of the call and no hard sell when I told them I wanted to cancel. Much better than your typical cancellation process!

Brilliant brilliant brilliant. Staff fabulous, efficient, friendly. Excellent service everytime. Very happy with them. Haven't had to claim so hopefully in the event that I have to I hope the service is as good.
