A great wee bike shop. Customer service of the sort you just don't get in Halfords, Evans etc. These guys were friendly and helpful and took the time to make sure I was happy with the bike and equipment. They were also remarkably tolerant of my 4-year-old who was very excited by all the bikes!

Ordered a bike, but phoned up first to check it was in stock. It was. Stephen at the East Kilbride branch and John in Glasgow both very helpful, and the bike turned up as it should have, everything in place and working. All very good!

Even though the item I'd ordered wasn't in stock, I was kept informed all the way re expected delivery times, etc.
Would definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend.

John at cyclelane's customer service is second to none.
I was originally in the game for a felt b14 and John managed to pricematch for me.

I had a bikefit scheduled for that weekend and even he commented on the fact that it was set up and assembled perfectly and just needed minor adjustments to seat and TT bar position etc.

I went on to make several more purchases including an additional wheel etc for my turbo trainer setup before winter sets in.

All in all exceptional customer service, answers all queries promptly. Highly recommend and they are now my main go to supplier

Very quick and pescise service

Bought a Wiler road bike from Cyclelane and would like to that John for an easy transaction, particularly when the 2016 bike I ordered was not in stock, John immediately found me a 2017 model and had delivered to me. Bike is awesome and so is the service. Highly recommended.

I ordered 2 bikes. 1 was out of stock but an alternative was very easily arranged. Ordering from the website was easy and the service quick and helpful.

Can not fault these guys!! Very helpful and offer excellent advice. Would happily recommend to friends and have done so already. Purchased a Fat Bike recently from their shop on Clarkston Road and when i need to replace my Full Susser, I'll be heading back there.

After an initial problem when the bike was ordered, John went above and beyond to get me the bike and the frame size I wanted. Provided all the technical information I needed and kept me fully informed with the order progression.

I left it a little late to order a bike for my lads 8th birthday. Googled the bike I wanted and found it at the best price here. I was a little concerned about my choice of frame size and wanted one he would grow into - it also had to be delivered quick. I called them and they were fantastic, went through my needs (sprung forks, gears, MTB style, not bothered about disks etc) and actually suggested a cheaper bike in a different frame size, and one that was in stock, more importantly ready for dispatch. This was pm. The bike arrived the next day before 0900!!! Just a quick twist of the bars and attach the pedals, tighten it all up, pump the tyres and it was ready to go - it is a great fit for him with room to grow. Extremely impressed, phoned the shop to tell them my thanks, they are very humble and kind. Cannot fault them at all - their advice, price, product or delivery. Obviously i've not had an issue, but I feel reassured they would take care of anything competently and quickly. Thanks lads...

Friendly enthusiatic staff took time on my first visit to measure me for the correct size of bike that I was eventually going to order online from Cyclelane.

Ordered felt AR5 bike from cyclelane while on sale at a huge discount to other retailers. Box arrived within 6 days which was exceptional as it includes a weekend and bank holiday.
Was kept sell informed via email. Will definitely be using them again. Thanks guys.

I placed my order over the phone for my new bike as it was the best price I could find online and I didn't live local to the store. I was told at the time of ordering that there would be a wait for my bike from Orbea and I was happy to wait. John always kept me up to date via emails on the progress. Bike arrived just fine and they even swapped my brake levers over at no extra cost. Spoke to John on the phone and he was always happy to help with any questions I had, seems a sound guy. I'd highly recommend ordering from this shop as I'm really happy with my order :)
