I ordered online, so was quite surprised to get an answerphone message rather than a confirmation email; and when I rang back the bike I'd ordered (& paid for) had been sold... So I had to pay £20 more to get the 2017 in stock model (not the 2016 model I initially paid for). Other than this service was good...

Wanted a high end carbon mountain bike, and found that cyclelane supplied the model I wanted. Was really pleased with the discount john gave me, as other places were reluctant to do so.
No issues with ordering and delivery!

I had a somewhat strange request. After having some trouble finding what I wanted locally, I contacted the gentlemen at Cycle Lane and they got me what I needed professionally and cheerfully. I'll be back again for sure!

Ordered handle bar tape for my Felt road bike as I had struggled to get it anywhere else. Arrived within a couple of days, perfect and as described. Would definitely use Cyclelane again.

I ordered a last season bike at a discount rate, which turned out to be unavailable. They still honored their price but gave me the best model bike. Very speedy with getting back to me( less than a day everytime) and bike arrived in good condition and on time

I'm not local to the store, but I found the bike I wanted on the Cycle Lane website at a good price. Gave them a ring to ask a couple of questions and they were polite and helpful. I went ahead with the order on the web and a few days later my new bike was delivered to my house. It was well packaged and undamaged. I just had to attach the handlebars, tighten the stem, fit the front wheel and attach the pedals. Cracking bike and a great company to buy from.

The staff at both East Kilbride and Cathcart absolutely went out of their way to help and made my 11 yr olds day with the prompt delvery and the bike bought online was exactly as detailed on the website
