They did not have the bike I wanted in my size, Chris went out of his way to call the distributor to find out for me if they did have it, however they did not but he offered me a newer model at a discounted price!

Bit of a last minute panic when there was a hold up with delivery to store but the lovely store guys kept us up to date via telephone and sent it out as an urgent delivery so that it came in time for my sons 7th birthday! He was delighted and the bike is amazing. Would highly recommend buying from here and I will in future!

I brought a felt ia 14 from cyclelane a few months ago and thought the customer service was excellent they were very thorough and helpful and the communication was very good...couldn't recommended highly enough!!!

The guys stayed in touch throughout my order which was placed using the cycle to work scheme. Despite problems during the process they found alternative solutions and when the bike was delivered it was already configured once put together, surprisingly little tweaking required!

I was looking for a new bike for my daughters 6th Birthday. We decided on the Merida.
Cycle Lanes website was the cheapest. Unfortunately, they were out of stock - the website had not been updated.
Cycle Lane managed to source another bike very quickly and offered an equivalent deal.
Delivery was quick and at a convenient time
