I can only say that this was a very helpful company to deal with, firstly, prices were some of the best available with a vast selection of products, ordering was simple, follow up call from Cyclelane to check that correct size was ordered, follow up call to explain that specific colour was not in stock but awaiting delivery, another call and email explaining that another colour was available if required immediately, I explained that I was willing to wait, another contact to say that specific model and colour was in stock and would be sent out next day, item arrived when stated and now just waiting to be opened for my sons birthday. Cyclelane has been friendly and very helpful, I would definitely use them again.

Cyclelane helped us out massively. A clubmate had broken his Felt B16 seat clamp in Mallorca and needed a replacement quickly. Cyclelane had the part in stock and had it to us next morning for a very reasonable overnight delivery price...
