I’ve had second hand stealth for years and just bought same new model. It’s fantastic. Even though it's budget-friendly, the quality is very high and amazingly it’s made in the UK.

The frame design is great and it’s a big bike, which is exactly what I need. I use it for a long distance commute every day and it handles it no problem. It’s a total workhorse and the value for money is amazing.

Delivery of the Cyclotricity kit was sporadic and uncoordinated. It took the best part of a month before |I could start to assemble the kit.
Subsequently I have the following problems with the kit:
1. LCD display difficult to programme - the english translation is poor. Cannot programme the KPH/MPH function.
2. The motor cuts out when riding - both on throttle and PAS.
3. The rack battery is poorly designed and does not allow for standard clip on/off panniers to drop on to bars which are too big and too close to the battery.

Our bike did not work any more, and no bike repair was prepared to repair an e- bike they had not sold. Bur Cyclo Tricity offered help immediately. They knew what was wrong. For little money we bought the broken part and repaired it with the help of cyclotricity. Now we have a perfect bike again.

My bike pannier rack was damaged by a pothole, but I was able to get parts not listed on the website sent to fix it. I appreciated the good service and attention that I received.

We have had two bikes from Cyclotricity a few years ago, both of which are excellent. Mine needed a new battery and absolutely no issues with the ordering of it or the price. Unfortunately they were let down by their next day couriers, DHL, who took several days to get it delivered, trying to take it to the wrong address on one occasion, but Elaine at Cyclotricity was incredibly helpful and stayed 'on it ' until it did finally get to me, so I can't fault their customer service.

Cyclotricity are a brilliant Ebike outlet who go that extra mile to help their customers, I’ve been a customer for.over 5 years now and no complaints, I have nothing but praise. Thank you Elaine

A big thank you to Elaine, from Cyclotricity customer support, who was very helpful in enabling me to fit a previously purchased new battery to a push bike previously fitted with a e-bike conversion kit.
It took a while to identify the right piece required, but I always felt that Elaine was supportive and progress was being made.
It did help to receive the fitting manual to be able to highlight the part required and to use the correct name for the part (which turned out to be a battery base plate).
I would encourage Cyclotricity to update its website to ensure that either it is possible to purchase a base plate or base plate with a pannier rack as a separate item on their website and to ensure that it is clear this is required as an additional item when buying a conversion kit with a rack battery.
I have mended the bike.
It works well.
My wife is happy.
I am happy.

I have bought a Beast which was working fine until there was no more electric power. After talking with Cyclotricity, they found out that the controller was involved and replaced it immediatly. I really appreciate this professionnal attention and would clearly recommand Cyclotricity as a very trustfull company.

Delivery took a little while, but everything was delivered & information supplied

Bought a front wheel kit in 2018, no issues totally reliable battery was still good but bike was stolen. Will be getting another kit, much cheaper than the competition (Switch,Boost) with similar quality.

Some initial technical issues were resolved by Elaine and the e kit has given me a new lease of life with my cycling at 75.

My first attempt at contact failed as the website would not send my message. I then left a voicemail and was contacted the following day by Elaine. She was helpful and said sh would send a self diagnostic list. This did not arrive as the email address taken over the phone was incorrect. I found the fault anyway and sent an enquiry via the website. From then on I had personal service from Elaine and the necessary cable arrived in the post. Sheldon contacted me to ensure that I had everything I needed.

I had a problem with a new kit that has now been resolved thanks to Elaine who is very good .

Bike Model: Stealth + all optional upgrades

Cons:

1) Cheap (upgraded) hydraulic disc breaks that broke after four weeks.
2) Battery cutting out frequently after four weeks.
3) LCD was no longer showing correct battery info after two weeks
4) Cheap suspension
5) I have to hold the gear I want to use in place, as letting go means it cycles down to the lowest gear.

I contact the retailer to speak to them about the myriad of issues to which they responded the bike was no longer able to be returned. This was after 30 days..After 30 days you’re stuck with a cheap, malfunctioning bike!

Beware of this company, coning people into buying into their local business brand, when in fact everything is cheaply imported from abroad. I have many bikes as I am an avid cyclist and I wouldn’t even give this 1 star. I asked for proof of purchase (a basic receipt) and I was informed they can’t provide it. I’m sure that’s illegal.

Pro’s: Fast (when working for the first three weeks prior to the return policy becoming void there after)

I am old and have difficulty with modern technology.
Elaine, of Cyclotricity, showed endless patience in steering me through the process of buying a cycle battery.
This is now in place, and operating as anticipated.
