Booking process & help on the phone…
Booking process & help on the phone really good, would give that 5 *’s. Hotel staff very friendly on the whole & helpful when asking about things. Hotel itself, not 5* when comparing to other hotels in the region. We were not told about certain restaurant closures before or when booking, these included the Chinese & Italian restaurants along with the Corner Pub. This meant that when the hotel was full it was a manic rush at meal times in the 1 restaurant (self service) that was open with very long queues & food not always available, the service waiters for drinks/cleaning tables was overstretched in these periods as well. Our room was adequate but again not 5* (we have been in better 3* rooms).
Our Cyprus Paradise rep was only available by WhatsApp…..we never saw her at all in the hotel so any information we wanted we had to ask the hotel staff, as it’s a large hotel it would have been nice to have seen a Cyprus Paradise rep just for info on the hotel & local area.
All in all, we had a decent break & the sun shone for most of it but I would def pay extra to stay in a proper 5* hotel next time.
