Very nice villa, great service and communication from the hosts.

Stunning villa in a perfect location, tranquil setting but close enough to explore everything we wanted to and the beautiful places Cyprus has to offer! The villa has everything you would need, including pool towels and dishwasher tablets!

Customer service was exemplar, all of the team were very responsive and ready to fulfil our needs where possible, with clear communication! Including a late checkout with no charge!

Definitely recommend and would use again.

The Villa was lovely, in a perfect position for us to enjoy a relaxing holiday but also to go out for dinner and enjoy the local culture etc.

Absolutely beautiful villa in a beautiful area with lovely views. Everything you needed in the villa was there. The whole holiday was calm and relaxing.

The communication and support was excellent from the start to finish of the holiday with the on line team and villa manager.

The taxi service number provided by the support team was also excellent, always very prompt and better priced than other taxi firms.

Lovely outlook of the Villa from Peyia, great pool with excellent access for people of lowered mobility.

I would strongly recommend you avoid these guys. We encountered the following issues. Broken dishwasher, heating pump on the pool malfunctioned, lost water entirely for 24 hours, a damp problem in the master bedroom leading to mould on the walls, damp bedding and coming home with a cold. And all of this in a week…not bad hey! Made no effort to offer any kind of compensation and eventually stopped responding. The one person I would strongly recommend is the photographer who takes the pictures of their holiday homes!!

I would definitely book with a Cyprus Villa Retreats again. They have a lovely range of villas and the overall service levels are excellent.

Lovely villa in great location. Very clean with much appreciated welcome pack and lots of kitchen products/ loo rolls etc. beautiful garden and pool area and kids loved the table tennis. Very easy booking with good communication and support once arrived in the villa

Stayed at villa Sarah for a week with family. We were a group of 12. Everything was fabulous. The villa is stunning and every age was catered for. Play area, gorgeous pool, table tennis and pool table. So well equipped and beautifully clean. Communication was excellent both before and during our stay. Greta was so friendly and informative for our welcome meeting. When the pool table got blocked (many children's toys and chalk!) somebody arrived within an hour. We requested a late check out and this was arranged for us. Already looking at other villas in their portfolio

From start to finish dealing with Cyprus Villa Retreats was a pleasure. Great service, good price and a very well appointed Villa Rio. It was in a perfect position, very peaceful and quiet, yet only a very short walk to bars and lovely beach. It was perfect. All the information and communications provided was spot on. Thoroughly recommend.

The villa was amazing and had everything we needed like a home away from home. Thought was given to everything, down to having pleny of kitchen equipment down to enough coat hangers! Check in was super easy and the team were really friendly and helpful the outset.

We stayed at Cyprus Villa Retreats and I can’t recommend enough. Our villa was absolutely brilliant and we couldn’t have asked for more. Everything was so immaculate, beautifully presented and fully equipped. The outside space was perfect as it was so peaceful and relaxing with magnificent views … such a lovely sized pool which we enjoyed as a family . It was our little haven for the week. The kids were kept entertained all day along with the table tennis table (not to mention the excitement of having Fifa in the villa) and it felt a stuggle to leave even if we were just popping out. It was one of our best and most relaxing family holidays and I was very sad to leave. My kids accidentally broke a mirror which I was mortified about however Cyprus Villa Retreats were very kind about it. Thank you Cyprus Villa Retreats we couldn’t have asked for more and we will be back.
