Great service and great rugs, very happy with our purchase

I’m 100% happy with the rug and the salesperson was absolutely amazing — friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

Unfortunately, my experience with Cyrus Rugs’ processes and procedures surrounding the order and logistics was a complete disappointment. It’s frustrating when the product and salesperson are excellent, but the overall customer experience is let down by the company’s systems and processes.

Great service, carpets are great quality. I would recommend them.

The gentleman who served us was very helpful, and quite happily exchanged my first carpet as it didn’t suit…many thanks for that. We love our one we have now.

Cyrus rugs had the perfect large rug we needed for the lounge room. The salesman, who I can't remember his name, was extremely helpful. Would recommend Cyrus Carpets to anyone.

I went to Cyrus Rugs in Hervey Bay as needed a good quality rug for the loungeroom. Was met by a really helpful person who showed me different types of rugs. Found the perfect rug at a really good price. Really great customer service.

Extremely helpful gentleman who explained how to carefully keep my carpet looking and feeling new. He made sure I had selected the correct size and then gave me a discount.

I bought 4 rugs, 2 from the Morayfield store and 2 from the Burpengary store. At each store, the man behind the counter, so to speak, was ultra helpful, polite, patient and professional. It was fun looking at the choices and making a decision. Both guys were terrific and the range of choice was great. Happy shopping!
