I am so very impressed with Cysterwigs! I have purchased several wigs from them in the short time since I found them. Their customer service is outstanding - from the handwritten thank-you notes to their availablity to provide assistance with whatever the customer needs- they are second to none. Their wig sales/prices are the best I've found on the internet for high-quality, brand name, medical and fashion wigs. I have always received great service…
I have always received great service from Cyster Wigs. I feel the quality is good and the return policy is simple. I have generally received my order within 7 days. They have responded to my emails in a timely manner. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they are frequently out of blond colors or they are on back order. This might not be their fault, maybe the manufacturer doesn't make enough..I don't know how that works. If they wig or color is out of stock they let you know and you can wait for a shipment, get a refund or pick something else.

It is very frustrating to have to wait for your perfect 'do.
Unfortunately, backorders are inevitable especially in popular or newly released styles and colors.
Most cycles only last about 1 - 2 months. Many are much faster than this, particularly if you are waiting for a very popular style or color. These tend to be refilled the fastest by their producers. If the brand is very small - like Estetica or Ellen Wille - then you can expect the backorder to take longer than it would with a larger producer.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and are continuously working to improve the system and our site.
We love making product recommendations for our clients and we’re always happy to provide you with some different, but similar options.

CysterWigs is the best company for purchasing a wig that I've had the pleasure of doing business with so far! I am a newbie and I absolutely would not be able to make informed choices if it were not for Heather's wig review and color spotlight videos on You Tube. The CysterWigs website is user friendly and provides a lot of information as well. On my recent order, I received notifications on the status and shipping and everything came in good time and packaged very well. I am very happy to do business with CysterWigs! Mia is a definite keeper!
I ordered Mia several months back in "honey bean" which is a medium to dark brown with caramel highlights, very tasteful! Avery by TressAllure in "sugar brulee" is my go to wig, that being said, I decided to try Mia in "sugar brulee " and I love her in this color plus, the wave pattern was much nicer than my Mia in "honey bean". The lace front is one of the most natural , there is no zig zag part to deal with and the lace front goes seamlessly back into a roomy side part. As for comfort, very comfortable and roomy, but i do have a petite circumference, but its roomier than most . I am very pleased with Mia!!!
