I received excellent customer service when I called to seek assistance on choosing a color from a brand I had never used prior to this purchase. The customer service person took the time to check and see if there were any matches and emailed me possible suggestions. Really I could not have asked for better service than that which I received.

I try to purchase a new wig each month, and CysterWigs is still my first choice . I haven’t a single complaint or worry, as they maintain an up to date site and great prices.

I absolutely love my new wig! I've finally found the right color and style for me. When I put it on for the first time, I thought "this is me, the way I should look". I've had my eye on the Raquel Flirt Alert wig for awhile now. After watching Heather's video and reading reviews I ordered it when it went on sale. I couldn't be happier. The color (shaded cappuccino), style, fit and workmanship is awesome. I've already received numerous compliments on my new hairstyle. I have been wearing wigs for a little over a year now due to Androgenic Alopecia, commonly known as male pattern baldness (in men). I consider myself a true Cyster! Heather and her team are absolutely fantastic! They always have something fun going on. It's obvious that she's working hard to keep her clients happy and engaged. If you can't save money on a wig here, you might as well just wear that beautiful bald head you have!

The staff are so nice you might find yourself just writing to them to see how they are doing! They are so personable that I'd love to have them all over for a pool party sometime, if they lived closer!

I will say, the picking of a color is a tiny bit of a problem. I tried going to a brick and mortar store and they were NOT happy to help me because everyone goes to them to simply select a color, then orders online. They are onto this tactic! They do not take that well and I can understand. Heather and her team do their best to show the colors, but you really never know what you're getting until you see it on your head. You can try getting the color ring, but the swatches aren't usually big enough to truly decide.

Still, pretty much the only time I buy from anyone else is if Heather doesn't stock a unit I'm interested in or she's out of the color I want. I just can't resist her sales on the main site as well as the other incentives available. Go sign up with her websites and see for yourself!!

They have really excellent customer service and there are always sales going on. They ship and refund promptly but I am disappointed in the high restocking fees. I am new to wigs, uncomfortable and trying so hard to find the right one. I feel bad about returning them because of the inconvenience, but I feel like hell when I lose $20-30 to just try a wig on.

I live in small town Michigan. The nearest wig shop is an hour away and they have more fashion wigs, not the nicer brands. I want something that will last a while. I will probably end up buying online again when I can afford to because I still need one. Thanks for the reply.

I have never, ever had a problem with Cysterwigs. I’m SO glad I found Heather and her team when my bio hair started thinning. Her videos are so incredibly helpful and her staff is knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help with everything from color selection to processing returns. They have a great selection and I really like the fact that Heather stays on top of the quality. If she feels it isn’t there, she pulls the wig from the site. That makes me feel super confident in my purchases! I recommend Cysterwigs 150%!

I have ordered several wigs now from Cysterwigs and their clearance site. I have been very pleased with their service, even though shipping is sometimes a little slow. But I understand why that is so I'm ok with occasionally having to wait a couple weeks. Customer service is great at answering any questions I may have and I appreciate the personal touches with the hand written notes and fun tissue paper. I will definitely continue to order from Heather and her team.

I've ordered two wigs so far and I really like the site. It's reliable and they have a lot of great coupon codes. Shipping is average, usually takes me about two weeks to get my order. But overall I really do recommend this site over others, I don't have to worry about misleading pictures or cheap wigs from china.

I love this Cameron wig. I have a few of them so I don’t run out!! This last color I got was Honey Wheat. It’s so pretty!! I don’t have to do anything to it but maybe trim the bangs a smidge. I’ll have to take a picture of it when I wear it. I have a petite head only 20 1/2 “ around so every wig I wear I have to wear a wig grippy. It’s pretty comfortable & it looks the best of all the wigs I got. The style that is.😀😀I would love if they would make a mono top & lace front on this one!
