Wow. So today we completed on the sale of our (leasehold flat). Thank you so much to Michaela and the team for a 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ service. DWS came highly recommended and they did not disappoint.
From start to finish she has been professional, experienced. efficient and everything has been done at speed. 3 months for the full sale. I never had to chase and have always received the relevant regular updates. I felt Michaela really championed us as a client and pushed for us when it was needed. The process was seamless. Thanks again to DWS and to Michaela and the team we are extremely appreciative of all of your hard work on what was not the simplest of sales. Excellent all round and I cannot recommend DWS enough.

Absolutely terrible choice for conveying - long periods of radio silence from the "solicitor" in question within absolutely no recognition of the impact of their delays on the chain and a repeated failure to respond to queries - resulted in delays and near collapse of the chain.

Having been through buy / sale 4 times, DWS's involvement has made my recent on the worst.

Don't use them - they are cheap and their performance is commensurate with this.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this firm during the sale of my property last month. I expected professional guidance, but I received none. Rather than being supported through the process, I was left feeling like I had to be a property law expert just to keep things moving forward.

The service was essentially a glorified admin function. There was no valuable legal advice or attention to detail; the only thing they did consistently was forward my emails to the buyer's solicitor and vice versa. I even had to point them to the correct sections in legal documents myself when questions arose, only for them to then pass my comments along without any real input or clarification.

If you're looking for solicitors who will actually guide you through the process and provide meaningful support, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Disappointing experience with DWS customer care appears very low on their agenda along with a lack of attention to detail verging on incompetence
We are now in danger of our entire property transaction falling apart due to their negligence, They have as yet failed to take responsibility for their lack of action as conveyancing clerk, manager and CEO are always unavailable.
You may be one of the lucky ones but don't leave anything to chance use an alternative firm
