I had a delivery today from Daals, and Garry and Charlie did it for me. They called me beforehand and were very respectful and professional throughout. Overall, Daals is a great company and I would definitely recommend them.

Taitt was very nice and helped me get the heavy package into the house. I got good warning the day before and then twenty mins before arrival so I knew exactly when I could and couldn’t take the dog out, etc. Really great service.

The box arrived without some of the fixings - Daals sent replacements within 3 days. We are happy with the box quality.

I needed to make an amendment on my order as I'd made a mistake with the delivery address and Jonas sorted it straight away. Very friendly and helpful customer service.

I have ordered from Daals multiple times and had good experiences with the furniture, including quality, build-ability and delivery. However, this time I ordered the Izzy Curved 4 door wardrobe and the pre drilled holes were incorrect. This meant the low level drawers on the right and left would not fit into the openings. I flagged this to customer service, who were slow and unhelpful and did not offer a solution. In the meantime, my dad drilled new holes in the correct location so I could use the wardrobe and drawers.

Then to my surprise, when I notified the customer service team that we fixed their issue ourselves, Meriam replied with “as this has been resolved now, how do you wish to proceed?”. I am shocked that this company can provide faulty and incorrect flat pack furniture for the price of £800+, then allow their customers to manually fix the problem because of their slow response and then not offer any form of compensation.

So disappointing. My office and bedroom furniture are all from Daals and I intended to keep using them. Sadly after this I would not recommend them.

Jade was exceptionally helpful. The call was answered within seconds and I received an email to reply back to to confirm I'd be happy to have my goods left safe. Jade was very kind and professional. All in all I can't fault Daals.

The delivery was managed really - and customer service was excellent. I was aware that the garden set was on a long delivery - but whenever I checked on dates Daals responded immediately - and were always helpful.

Ordered a chair with express delivery amazingly it never arrived as got told parcel must be missing then told it wasn’t scanned takes 14 days to get your delivery charges back how strange it doesn’t take that long to take the money off you . I have been told 3 differthkngs in 3 different chats they just fob you off I’m so annoyed 😡 that customers get treated this war from companies that need our support get gen the choice I would go else where if I could find it but I have to suck it up and wait and wait

Can’t fault a thing, quality product at very reasonable price, arrives earlier than expected, perfect communication & tracking, lads who delivered were exceptionally polite & friendly!
