Clothes do not match images and very poor quality.
No refunds offered, only exchange or store credit. And that’s not even at full price. Was offered 25% to start with, then 50% then 60%.
Return costs are on you, so you’ll actually waste more money sending them back.
Customer service is shocking, looks to be copy and paste response.
All the negative reviews are spot on.
Wish I’d read them before wasting my money.

Awful service. Item took so long to come and the dress looked nothing like it did online. They also refuse to refund! Cheap rubbish material. DO NOT ORDER!

avoid purchasing! it comes from china and you wont get a refund if item is on offer. Cust service gives generic answers so no help at all

Be careful, they will not offer a refund if items are returned. Purchased items with a discount voucher and was refused a refund due to the items being classed as in the sale. Only offered me an exchange with the unwanted items being returned at my cost. The items recieved were clearly made in a factory abroad and the quality does not reflect the prices charged. To not offer a refund for items which could easier be resold is not acceptable. I am now £150 out of pocket with clothes I cannot use.

If I’m honest, the clothes were alright but delivery was slow. It took nearly two weeks to turn up, which felt longer than it should. When the parcel finally came, the fit was okay. I’ll probably give them another shot though.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If I could leave 0 stars I would. The products do not look anything like the pictures, made from cheap material and take forever to arrive. You can not return items - this is only told to you when you try and return. This should be stated before you buy. They claim that the products are made to order so can’t be returned. This is not true, the clothes are awful fitting and not made to order. I have managed to get a 40% refund but the company are now stating that because the dress is on sale I only get 40% of sale price. It was not on sale when I bought the dress. The company is a scam, DO NOT BUY.

I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered an item that was both defective and inaccurately sized 12— 14 even after sizing up 16-18 . The material was flimsy, and strings were coming loose. I contacted customer service immediately, but was told that refunds aren’t offered on sale items. That’s misleading, considering everything is listed as “on sale.”

The product was not as described in terms of quality, fit, or durability. That’s false advertising. I informed the company I would escalate this publicly, and they responded with a 10–14 day reply window—delaying any chance of a refund.

I’ve since reported this to Trading Standards. It may only be £47, but it’s money I worked hard for. If you can’t deliver what you advertise, you should refund your customers. Stop selling defective items and hiding behind unfair policies.

When I recieved my item it was stained and faulty. I emailed them on 31.08.25 with images and a description and still today 19.09.25 they haven't refunded or confirmed that they will refund.
I agree with other reviews that the the quality of the material isn't great and sizing definitely is way off uk sizing.

If I could rate them 0, I would. Do NOT buy from this website. It's a scam. The clothes are awful, cheaply made and come from China so take weeks to arrive (despite masquerading as UK/ Europe based). Although they promote a refund guarantee on their website, in reality, you have to have your return authorised. When you contact customer service, you are sent a link to their return policy which apparently changed last month and means you can't get a refund on sale items, even though 99% of the stuff on their website are sale items. Don't waste your money - AVOID!

Terrible - ordered two items, took nearly two weeks to arrive. One was so small my wife couldn’t get it over her head despite being a maternity dress so you would have thought would be stretchy materials. The other was so thin it was as though it was made of toilet paper and was completely see-through. My experience got worse when I tried to return these items (which their website says is a hassle free experience up to 14 days after delivery). I was told that as these were sale items (as far as I can see, every item on their site is on sale) they were not eligible for return or refund… I’m now left with two dresses which are completely not fit for purpose (or any purpose as far as I can tell…) and down £80… save yourself the hassle and don’t use this site despite how nice their clothes look online…

I did a review on here voicing my issues with a refund I’m waiting on. They have replied to review saying as far as they believe it’s been resolved….. IT HAS NOT. I still do not have my refund and I’m having to chase for it.

Terrible customer service and a very long winded process.

Dress arrived looks like a rag and they do not offer a returns service for reduced products.
My advice do not buy anything from this company.

Massive con awful material, cheap and nasty, way over priced and looking at other reviews I will only lose more money and time trying to return it. Terrible steer clear

Worst company ever. Bought 3 dresses, arrived and was the worst quality ever. Extremely small and thin material. After multiple long winded emails managed to return (to china!) which is not stated on the instagram which cost £30 and still after 4 weeks did not receive a refund. In the end disputed through bank and finally got a refund. Avoid avoid avoid. Any positive reviews are made by bots / Ai

Terrible company, on the website it states full money back guarantee, then won’t refund as it’s a sale item… everything on the website is always in a sale.
Terrible customer service as they just ignore you once you don’t agree to a 60% store credit.
The clothes are terribly made, cheap fabric and UK sizing completely off as these are all made in china.
Don’t waste your time you get better quality from shein, at least the price points are honest.

TERRIBLE quality products. Look nothing like the pictures and instead are like something you’d get on a street market in Asia. Arrived after my event because they ship from China, which they try to hide. I complained, was ignored, didn’t think I should pay to return the items and then wasn’t given a refund. So I have done a chargeback with my bank. I was then put on a mailing list from the company apologising and asking for more details (they already had multiple emails and pictures) - this shows that chargebacks are very common. Don’t waste your time!

1 star because I can’t do 0. Found out too late what this is, a website advertised as if run by someone setting up their own dress boutique in UK. Reality- dresses can be found on multiple similar ‘boutique’ websites at varying prices.
I ordered two dresses which took over 3 weeks to arrive, screwed up in a small bag, no ‘dahlia and grace’ labels. Poor quality, cheap fabric and nothing like the images. They didn’t fit, emailed to return to be just redirected to their policies which imply you can’t return if it doesn’t fit due to being ‘made to order’. When you order it’s not clear you’re ordering from China, the long delivery dates/import process or the policy on sizing. Money lost as no interest in credit or buying from here again. Buyer beware.

I ordered the Lara | Chic Twirl Dress at £45 (apparently on sale from £90), though girls, if you actually search the internet, you'll find the same dress at £20 with other providers. Unfortunately, it's only after you get burned that you find this out.

My item originally came scrunched up in packaging. Honestly, I've paid £45 for a dress - I at least expect it to come presentable, but they had shoved it in an extremely small bag.

I contacted customer services asking to return my items who initially responded with an email linking me back to their policies on how they don't offer returns on sale items unless damaged.

I then sent them the photos of the item and how it was damaged. The bottom of the dress wasn't even connected!! I sent photos of the seams & hems and how frayed they were, too.

They then offered me to exchange for a new item, or a 25% refund.

Why on earth would I want to shop from this place again when they have violated their own policies, anyway?

I then came on TrustPilot to find that most people were experiencing something very similar to me & KNEW just from reading the reviews that my next offer was going to be a 40% refund.

And hey what do you know, they came back with the 40% refund offer in the next message saying I could keep the item. STILL IGNORING the fact that this item is not as shown in the photo & that it's actually damaged.

I went back again - unhappy & now they have offered me a 50% refund.

Honestly girls, do not shop here! These dresses aren't unique. They aren't handmade. And the same dress will be on another 10 websites at a reduced price.

I've screenshotted several reviews and I will be taking this whole experience to Trading Standards UK as quite frankly, my order isn't as described and the company have broken their own policies and procedures by not offering me a refund on what is quite clearly a damaged item.

What an absolute sham of a company.

The dress came and the material is so cheap it looks nothing like the picture at all and the dress is too small. So I emailed and asked for the address so I could get a refund, now its all will we can only give 25% refund its a sale dress €52 I paid for it. They are so bad to deal with avoid avoid avoid this company it sells cheap dresses and don't give refunds
