Return/refunds are not available if an item does not fit only if there is a defect!

I measured to the sizing on the website and was still too big!

Do not order unless your 100% sure the dress will fit, unfortunately I ordered two to try for a wedding and both didn’t fit

AVOID


AVOID! They use pictures from other websites and then send you out poor quality outfits. I failed to check trust pilot prior to ordering. UPDATE the picture of the dress was from Hollister collection last year

Sizing not right, so disappointing, cannot recommend at all.

Was half expecting the dresses I ordered to be ill-made and not what I expected, having read reviews here after purchasing. I was not disappointed. One of the 3 dress (Quentin dress - all same style, but one was bigger sized) were all sized incorrectly. The larger sized was smaller than other sized S. The one dress that is any way fitting for S8-10 is just so cheap in fabric and clingy, I don’t know what to think. I will not be recommending at all, I’ll stay away from any purchase in the future. What can I say though, I really am not surprised. Patricia Ireland and not Poland.

AVOID

AVOID, I ordered a few dresses which looked beautiful in the photos advertised on their website, but was very disappointed when they arrived the dresses were very poor quality and sizing is much bigger then average.
After multiple emails back and forth to arrange a refund and send photograph evidence of package and tracking details I still didn’t receive my refund. So I am now out of pocket for the coast of both dresses and the extra £12 it cost me to return the dresses by tracked delivery.

Avoid this company

I placed an order reluctantly trying a new brand after searching for some new dresses, worst decision i've made. The shipping labels were swapped in transport so I received someone else's parcel and they received mine, after the person getting in contact with me, we paid for eachothers shipping to receive our correct parcels. The company accepted no fault in this, when its completely there fault. The customer service is terrible and the quality of the clothes is some of the worst i've seen. Avoid at all costs. Now over £130 down with no wearable dresses. Sizes are nothing like they state either.

Awful company to deal with

Awful company to deal with - so misleading. Items are nothing like the photographs and the quality is very poor. Shipping takes 8-12 days so items arrived after event. Contacted for a return and was advised initially not eligible for one. Eventually they offered 25% of my money back which I accepted after numerous emails back and forth with multiple days in between. Very disappointing. Would highly advise against ordering from here. Also still advertising a higher trust pilot rating on their site which simply isn’t true!

Cowboy company. Dress quality is absolutely dire and nothing like in the photos. Reviews on here are clearly fake and written by AI. Not bothering to return as it costs a fortune seeing as it goes straight back to China. Useless

Appalling customer service

I ordered a beautiful purple dress for a wedding

The dress that i received was nothing like what i ordered

Got in touch with eventually a reply saying sorry about the incorrect dress being sent out.
They would ship out the correct dress
Happy with there reply.

2nd dress arrived it was exactly like the 1st one they sent out

I have messaged them
They are now saying they are the correct dresses they sent out

I really annoyed why that think this is the same dress,it's like they are insulting my intelligence

Still no reply from them

I ordered the Isabella dress for my brothers wedding from this website which got delivered to me weeks and weeks later then their expected delivery date. To then turn up and be a completely different dress to the picture. The quality, the colours, the shape, it was all wrong and looked like I could have brought it from Temu. The return process is ridiculous as YOU have to pay £20 + to send it back to china. Really unhelpful staff and overall disappointing process. Avoid at all costs.

Poor quality

Do not buy from this company. You cannot return dresses that are not what they look like on the photos. The quality is rubbish. I have tried to return but they will not provide an address or refund. Shocking service 😡

Terrible terrible! DO NOT USE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. They refuse to refund you and send you a very long winded policy that advises even in perfect, unopened conditions after waiting nearly 3 weeks for the order, they will not put through a refund for you. They say the “items are made to order” (RUBBISH) and they say this because our STATUTORY RIGHTS IN THE UK advise WE SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO RETURN AND RECIVE A REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS unless an item is made to order.Their sizes are completely off, but they also put within their refund policy that you must check sizing before your order!! Im disgusted. Customer service is shocking!

RIP off! Awful dresses

Awful dresses turned up and were really poor quality, cheap material, badly made, uneven stitching, ill fitting. Sleeves different lengths, dress cups one bigger than the other, falling apart, slip attached to mesh. Was a red flag when delivery notification said coming from china and took 3 weeks to arrive. Would have been better ordering from shein or Ali express at least the reviews are honest and price is reflected.
They have replied below to say the dresses are made to order they are not they are mass made in china and shipped accordingly they then refuse to refund only offering an exchange or store credit. Don’t waste your money!

Return Scam?

I purchased a dress for a wedding but it was so cheaply made, I could never wear it. I tried to return it and the shipping costs was well over $50, certainly not worth returning. It feels kind of scammy to me.

Update: because of how expensive the return shipping is, I opted to get a store credit for 60% of my original purchase. I used it and the dress arrived. Horrible quality! So cheaply made. So now I have 2 dresses I can't wear that I will donate.

I ordered 2 dresses in my size, both of which are WAY smaller than UK standard sizing.
Return was originally rejected without a clear reason. They then offered me 25% and when disputed 40%...again with no reason provided as to why I cannot get a full refund.
I expect they make most of their money by making their returns process a complete nightmare.
