Poor Quality and Bad Customer Service!!!!
Please do not waste your money and order from this supplier. The quality is dire and the customer service is absolutely shocking, they try to tell you refunds are not an option then when they do agree, YOU have to pay £30 to send them back to China and once you’ve made the payment and provided the supplier with proof of postage, they tell you the information is incorrect. They’re adamant they need more but Royal Mail has confirmed this is the only information available and required. I’ve messaged the supplier 5 times now to query my refund status, no response which doesn’t surprise me. Please do not waste your time or money with this supplier.

I ordered two dresses for £70 odd from here which were poor quality, I requested to send them back which cost me £22 two weeks ago and I am still waiting for my refund. Which after reading other people's experiences doesn't seem likely and loosing out on £90 is a lot 😫

You wont be shocked to hear.... I haven't revived a refund still from Dahlia and Grace after returning these items on the 10th of August.
I have emailed several times. Amd no reply.
Please be WARY. I will sought after my money via the credit card company if there's no refund soon.

No refunds, dont use!
Poor quality, return process is dire and you pay the cost to China £20!
Then they use stalling tactics for 2 months so far, saying not sent correct documents, then I enclose yet again correct documents , they thank me, say will escalate and then get same email again. It’s a total scam, I’m sure they have no intention of refunding me! However I’m still trying, 2 months later!

Breaches of Consumer Rights Act (2015) DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
I emailed on 13th August trying to return a dress that was so poorly made and arrived in ripped packaging. Initially I was responded to by AI and then told I would be passed onto a human but never received an email. I chased again on 19th August. I am STILL waiting for a response.
Everyone should avoid this place, not only are the products such bad quality and not as described at point of purchase, the refund process is non-existent and is a breach of the Consumer Rights Act (2015). This act clearly states that a vendor has 14 days to process a refund and MUST provide a full refund if goods are faulty. The goods I purchased were faulty and fraudulent. I provided photographic evidence. I have the original packaging and it has never been worn and yet cannot get a response.
I'm now considering further action as I am sick and tired of drop-shippers taking advantage of customers.
I do not write reviews. I do not write bad reviews of companies even when service is poor or the quality of products is poor. But this experience has been so abhorrent I've felt compelled to push this forward.

I have been reaching out to resolve before I take legal action. On every platform. Including to your parent company. Everyone should be aware that according Dahlia & Grace's own website, the parent company is owned by a Design company, Ms Louise Roe Andersen is the person listed as legally liable and if anyone else intends to file legal complaints she's very easily Googleable and findable across multiple platforms.

Poor quality and poor returns!
I ordered 3 dresses, shipping took weeks, then 2 of the dresses arrived nothing like the images and were extremely poor quality. I returned 2/3, the returns process is incredibly difficult and my return has not yet been processed despite me having to pay out of pocket to ship these items back to china! I sent them on the 25/7/25! I would never order from here again!

Parcel took so long to arrive but luckily i had ordered well in advance.
Ordered two dresses, the same but in different colours. Only tried one on. Quality of the material feels so so cheap, not looking much like the picture. The strap snapped as soon as i put it on.
Now i’m struggling to get a refund. I followed the process to email the company. I had a reply from a bot which didn’t answer my query fully and it said that I would shortly receive the return shipping details which i never have. I’ve emailed again, had a reply from someone who said they would “pass it onto the relevant team” and days later still heard nothing.

Do Not Recommend
Fabric and shape of the dresses are not reflective of the images.
Customer service is AI, which is ok but doesn’t truly read your email. They tried to accuse me of requesting a refund outside of the grace period, but after I corrected them they were more accommodating.
I don’t trust the company to return the dresses for my higher refund so have to settle for the lower partial refund.

Bought a dress that wasn't true to size and got told I need to pay to return to China or I can keep the dress and they'll give me 20% off. Rubbish customer service and the quality of the product isn't great either. Waste of money and no easy returns.

Would rate 0 if i could. Contacted the company via email 4 times regarding a return as you cannot generate a returns label without contacting the company. Heard absolutely nothing back for 2 weeks however were quick to respond when purchasing from them. Next step is ombudsman. Avoid.

Quality is awful, they use photos of influencers wearing thereal dresses and send fake and poor quality dresses
I have sent them numerous emails to try and get a return and they will not get back to me even though they have said in their response to contact them for a solution. They try to offer you a 20% discount off your next order instead of returning.

Awful! Horrendous quality, terrible sizing. Misleading pictures. You’re better off ordering from SHEIN. I absolutely do not recommend this company and would never purchase from them again. Cheap fabric, cheap finish, sizing is not uk standard even on a bad day. Do not buy from here. Can only imagine the positive reviews are fake.

The clothes took a long time to arrive and when they did it was too late for the occasion they were being bought for. The return policy is that they will refund you 20% and plant a tree if you keep the item. Otherwise you must return them to China but they don’t tell you the address . Stay away from this shop if you think u might have to return anything

Item arrived after 2 weeks after order. dress came in 2 parts which was not stated in description. Dress is also very poor quality and material is terrible. Photos are used across multiple different websites so clearly not their own photos. “Luckily” I bought item before they changed the policy on no returns on sale items. Asked them if I could return as I had bought before they changed this and they said “ Please note that returns sent to any other address may result in the package being destroyed and will not be eligible for a refund” (basically saying it could “accidentally” get lost and your not getting a refund) or they would over 20% refund and that they plant trees for every 3 orders? Bizarre.

Dresses are ripped from other websites - do a Google image search and see for yourself.
Dresses are crap quality, be better wearing a bed sheet.
Returns are 2 options. 20% of the price refunded or return at own cost to CHINA. so to return it costs +£20! This information is squirreled away in the policy section of their website, to wording on the ads seems like it's quick, easy and full money refund.

None of the dresses look like the photos. They are so cheap and made from really flammable material.
The most unhelpful customer service, takes 24/36 hours to get back to you.
I’m battling for a refund and they are making it extremely difficult.
I can’t believe they are allowed to trade the way they are. I’m so annoyed I fell for the trap and paid for the crap they sent. It also arrived in the smallest packages possible.
Fuming, avoid like the plague and don’t get sucked in like I did.
