DO NOT RECOMMEND. Scam. Ordered dress for £100. It’s way too small - not advertised in line UK sizes. Asked to return they are saying I can pay to send it back to china at my own risk. But only after 3 emails trying to get me to spend more money with them at discounted prices to put me off sending it back.

No proper returns policy

Was going to order a dress but checked the returns policy before and I’m pleased I did. For reference they have a site wide sale on… so everything is in the sale.

I read reviews about dresses not being as per the image naturally assumed I could return if it wasn’t how it was portrayed.

After a back and forth with the customer services we determined that ANY sale item cannot be returned for ‘hygiene reasons’ which makes little sense to me.

Haven’t ordered as it feels like a total con! Personally, I would avoid

Absolutely shocking website DO NOT ORDER from here especially if it’s for a special occasion.

I ordered 3 dresses for a wedding that took nearly 3 weeks to come.

None of them look a thing like the images online and one of them looks wasn’t even a finished dress with buttons missing

Iv gone back and forth with emails for a full refund and keep getting sent automated email about offering me a 30% refund and to keep the items! Which is ridiculous as there no good to anyone

To then be told I can have a refund but I need to pay for the shipping for the return also…

Stolen my money!!

Placed an order for a dress for a wedding. No order confirmation was received. They have taken my money and now say there was no order placed. Even though I have sent them proof of them taking my money!! Avoid at all costs!!

Everything is poor quality.. the clothes and the service and the refund policy

The item received was nothing like the advertising picture. Such poor quality. The picture was taken of an Abercrombie and fitch dress off an influencers account.
When asked for a refund they said I had to pay to send it back to china despite it not being as advertised. They have had my item back for one month now and still no refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

Poor quality

Terrible company, the quality of the dresses is the poorest I've seen, even worse than Shein I would say. They are charging way too much! And it's basically a con because it takes about 3 weeks for you to receive your order from China, and then when you want to do a return they will tell you it's outside of the return window! You need to cover shipping expenses yourself and send the items back to the warehouse in China, when I looked into this I realise it was very expensive to send a large parcel back there, in the end I didn't bother and accepted 30% refund. Considering I have spent a lot of money I was pretty angry about it. The dresses I've had to keep are basically unwearable too because they look so poorly made and don't fit properly due to the bad quality. Don't bother ordering from this website! Avoid at all costs.

Awful

Awful. Ordered two dresses and the quality is so poor. Asked if I could return and now it’s radio silence from them? Up until asking return they were really quick with replying.
You only get 14 days so refund, but you have to wait to get the refund address of them.. which by the looks of it they don’t send!
Do not buy off this website! Absolute scam.

Do not buy from this company

I ordered a dress for a wedding. The dress was beautiful but it was too small.
I have emailed them for a return label a couple of times with no response.
Finally they got back to me saying that they couldn’t send me a return label, instead I could keep the dress, (they plant a tree for every 3 sales!!)
They offered me a 20%refund. I still haven’t heard anything back.

Fraud department of bank investigated and issued my refund!

I bought a dress from this company costing £40. When it arrived, it was of poor quality and poor fit.
I contacted them for a return address, understanding I was liable for return costs, although I hadn't realised on ordering it was to be returned to China!
Several days later, and after chasing it up, Maisie from customer service replied, offering a 20% refund, telling me I could keep the dress which she suggested I could enjoy or give/sell to a friend! I declined, asking for the return address details.
Again, several days later, and more chasing, she increased her offer to 30%, which I again declined and once again asked for the address.
That's when all correspondence stopped, she never replied after that.
Thankfully someone advised contacting my bank.
After giving them the details, I was put through to the Fraud department. I had to forward all correspondence I'd received and sent to the company for them to investigate.
A few days later, the bank refunded my £40.
So if you are in this position, this is your only hope, good luck!

Do not use this company !
I bought a dress and when it arrived it was absolutely nothing like the picture and was poorly made of very cheap material .
When I emailed they offered a 30% refund or to return to China at my expense .
It’s impossible to talk to a person as the emails are all replied to by an AI bot .
I’m still editing for a human to actually reply and refund my money

No refunds

I ordered 3 dresses to try on for a wedding I'm going to, I checked before I ordered and it said on the website they accepted returns so I went ahead and ordered.
I was disappointed with the quality but I decided to keep one of the dresses. I emailed as the website advised for a return and after chasing many times I'm still waiting for a response and I've now gone past the time period to return.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. They use other clothing companies pictures and copy them and when the item comes it’s cheap thin material that is already frayed. They also make you pay for postage back to China which will be £12+ and they offer you 20% refund of your total order amount back to you if you keep the items.

If I could give 0 stars I would! The dress took two weeks to arrive, was not true to size and the quality is poor. Their website says 30 day money back guarantee but this is a lie. They only offer you a 20% refund or to exchange for a different size. Do not buy from here!

Drop shipping company with poor…

Drop shipping company with poor business practices.
Wife bought a dress from this company, it arrived and was not the same dress as the one advertised. The fit was wrong, the straps were wrong, and it looked extremely low quality. Tried to return it and they tell you to send it back to china at your own cost.
So they sent us a dress that clearly wasnt as advertised then tell you its your problem to sort it out if you dont like it. Cant believe the audacity of the site. Its basically a drop shipping site where theres no quality control by the company because they never see the products; theyre just a middle man for the factory in china.
Id advise others to avoid this site and shop elsewhere.
