Avoid this scam company

Absolute scam of a company- spent over £80 for 2 dresses that are cheap, badly made and don’t look anything like the photos. Asked for a refund option, eventually replied trying to offer me 20% to keep the item, I declined, took another 4 days for them to send me the return address, it cost me £29 today to return them as the address is in China!! A total scam company- avoid at all costs!

If I could give it zero I would…

If I could give it zero I would…. False advertising at its finest and the dress I purchased is actually from House of CB like if you look on their site it’s the exact same model and everything! It was shipped straight from a Chinese warehouse and the fabric is also a joke, completely see through.

10/10 would not recommend to a friend and also if your already struggling with body dysmorphia don’t do it queen because I’m a 10/12 and ordered a 12/14 just to be safe and the thing wouldn’t even go up my back!!!

Low quality Chinese garments with a UK price tag

Items are of a poor quality, sent from China in terrible packaging and do not fit adult women.
Customer service don’t read your emails and have no desire to remediate your concerns.

Didn’t receive my parcel

Over a month since my parcel was delivered to the wrong place and neither the courier or Dhalia has taken accountability. I’ve just been left without money and without dress. Terrible customer service !! All come from china directly!! Better to buy on SHEIN!

The clothes look nothing like what I…

The clothes look nothing like what I bought. They are extremely poor quality- I couldn’t even sell them. You have to ship them back to China. I raised claims with them and they tried to offer a percentage of the purchase price. When I asked for the shipping address to send it back they stopped emailing me back. Do not use this website.

Awful. Avoid!!!

AVOID!!! Awful. Awful quality dresses, shipped from China. Expensive returns, offered me 20% off to keep the dresses instead of returning. When I expressed that I still wanted to return they have just stopped responding and so I do not have the return address and feel that I will be stuck with them because they will not reply before the 2 week deadline to return. Avoid avoid avoid.
Update: they replied, offered me 30% discount to keep the dresses. Still have not provided me with a return address.

Update: I have been given the return address. It has serval reports of packages never getting there. People report that once you have shipped the item (you also have to send them the shipping details) the parcels are stopped at customs, become ‘lost’ and never get to their destination. And you never get your refund, and you lose the crap items of clothing (although the bin is the best place for them)

Update: they have now blocked me on social media and have stopped replying to my emails since I informed them that they are breaking the UK Consumer Law. They remove bad comments from their social media and they have clearly been writing all the 5 star reviews themselves. I encourage everyone to report all of their Facebook and Instagram posts and adverts. Report them to trading standards, share your reviews everywhere and get your money back from your card provider because these cons have absolutely no intention of accepting returns or issuing refunds. Don’t get caught out. SCAMMERS!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I paid £50 for a dress that has taken 3 weeks to arrive from China and is an AWFUL copy of the dress shown. I'd actually love to know who sells the dresses they are using for promotional purpose because they are beautiful. This piece of rubbish that has turned up isnt even the same design, its see through using the cheapest material and the top half looks nothing like the original. They should be shut down across all social media for basically robbing people of their money. I will be reporting to every social media platform and advising trading standards, absolutely disgusting.

Just received my dress and it is nothing like on the website .. like a s**t shein dress recall they sent me out, shapeless, flimsy material.. shocking ! …
emailed to do my return and they are reluctant to give the return email address which by the way is back to their “central office in China” even though the dress was posted out to me from a Dublin postal !!! Offered me a 20% refund off full price, for context I paid €48 excl delv if I wanted to “keep the dress and save the trees” ..
Will hold my breath to see if I A) actually do get an address for my return and B if I get my refund amount !!!!

The dresses I ordered were not accurate…

The dresses I ordered were not accurate to the description both in quality and sizing was completely off. They do not let you return unless you pay for shipping to china but are reluctant to give the address out in which to post items back to. The Quality of the dresses is also awful, avoid!
