AVOID. SHOCKING!!

Recieved my items. One is ripped and the rest and shockingly thin. Poor quality and quite cheap looking.
I requested a refund, they asked for photos. They offered 20% off for a refund to keep the dresses, I asked why I expect a 20% refund when one dress was ripped and the others were cheap and thin. Then they offered 30% off and a full refund for the ripped dress. I replied after the weekend and had to follow up from my response another 72 hrs later. Then immediately responded within an hour and wanted to proceed but again, wanted photos. I have sent these photos numerous times, requested a detail version of the terms and conditions and no response. I feel this company is avoiding my refund and I spent £150. I would avoid the whole company. If you have a refund policy, stick to the policy. This is concerning and the unresponsive communication is not more worrying. I will be taking this further if I do not hear from my response in the next 24hrs.

DO NOT ORDER FROM DAHLIA & GRACE

I ordered a dress that looked lovely on the website, however when the dress arrived it was a cheap imitation of what was advertised, the fit was awful and the material cheap. The dress was £40, I honestly wouldn't have paid £10. So I contacted the email address on the website to request a return, provided all the details required, they apparently couldn't find my order number, so I sent them the emails if received from them confirming my order, and confirming my item has been shipped etc. They still came back and said they couldn't find my order number and as I couldn't prove proof of purchase they couldn't process my return, I resent all of the emails as proof of purchase, they still won't accept these and process my return, I've followed up with numerous emails and they are now not replying to me.
I would never buy from these again and urge caution for anyone thinking about ordering from them.

Does anyone know a contact number for…

Does anyone know a contact number for this place? I’ve requested a refund and they offered me 3 options with certain percentages off the item and offering vouchers and to keep it. They were really quick on replies until I have stated I just want a refund and they have now haven’t replied back to me after emailing them 3 times.

Steals pictures from elsewhere online e.g. stole a picture of an influencer wearing an Abercrombie and Fitch and sold it off as their own when it was horrible quality

Fraudulent

Please please do not order from this site.
The items are nothing like shown on the website.
Very poor copies with poor quality material. Some of them don’t even resemble the design at all.
The sizes are not correct.
I spent £300 and they are offering me 20% back and to keep the items.
They are no good to me.
They have now stopped responding and won’t give a return address which is in Central Asia at the cost of the buyer
I asked for free return label due to the items being fraudulent and they refused
I’m currently seeking legal action

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. The dress looked great online but when it arrived the quality was poor and it looked very cheap. Paid £57 for the dress. Too difficult to return as the returns are shipped to china at a shipping cost of 25-30 pounds. The shipping cost is the expense of the consumer. Offered a 20% refund and to keep the dress but not yet received. I would avoid this company.

Don’t buy - scam?

Don’t buy.
Items are not like what you see online.

Refund policy is so murky. Tried to offer me 20% to keep a dress I literally wouldn’t even put on Vinted.

Literally the worst item I’ve ever purchased online. I regularly buy from Shein and Temu and never had anything as bad as this.

My order was late

My order was late, so i have ended up not needing the dresses. They tried to say that it was past the 14 days of return. I now have to pay a ridiculous amount of money to return the items, i don`t usually write reviews, but this needs a review and not a great one. Thoroughly disappointing. Will definitely not recommend or order from again

The dress is poor quality

The dress is poor quality. Nothing like the picture. As per their website I contacted them to request the address to return. Maisie offered me a 20% refund and to keep the dress. I declined and requested the address to return as I want a full refund. Ive had no response. I’ve chased numerous times and nothing. Do not buy from here. Quality is awful and customer service is terrible

Raise a dispute with your card company

So I am bringing this review to the top again & will continue to do something, this company are scammers, DO NOT ORDER! The garments you see are NOT WHAT YOU GET! The good reviews you see are MASIE writing them herself they are fake reviews.
If you have been scammed by this company claim the money by raising a dispute with your card company that way you are guaranteed to get your money back!
Maisie for the 3rd time of telling you the garment was not to big! It was diabolical Trash, I did reach out to you before delivery as I was worried about the reviews I read ! You assured me the garment would be as discribed, it was not! I have given a review of you company & if you read your reviews you will see 98% say exactly the same as I..if you really want me to ill upload your emails to this platform, where U offer me 20% discount on another item to save the environment, I wouldn't clean me floor with the garment you sent!

Poor quality and expensive returns

I ordered a dress from here recently and it took two weeks for it to arrive. Then when it did arrive I was so disappointed with the dress, the quality was really poor and the dress looked nothing like the images. The shape was almost completely different, the colour was much darker and the material felt cheap and horrible. I've now requested a refund and I have to pay for return which is fine but the return is to china, so you loose half your refund in return costs which I'm sure is why they do it which feels like a con.

Returns are to China 😡

Had 2 dresses back that looked beautiful online, the material is so cheap, the photos are so misleading and the sizes are so bad. Very misleading website that’s not to be believed.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Avoid at all costs! Scam

Avoid at all costs! Website advertises 30 day effortless returns, this couldn’t be further from the truth, they claim they are unable to locate my order to raise a return in their system even though I’ve screenshot the confirmation and previous correspondence
Maisie in customer service responded to all my emails prior to wanting to arrange a return, then decided she wasn’t a human and she needed to pass my ticket on to a human when they couldn’t locate my order, she took 3 days to reply to my returns email, they just use delay tactics to push you over the 14 day return period
Website advertises you can pay via PayPal but you can’t!
I will be contacting my bank to try and get these funds back
This website is fraudulent and it’s a scam, you might get your order but the quality is poor and you can’t return anything 🤬

Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers. Sent me something completely different to what I ordered and what I got basically looked like a dish cloth. I’d ordered for a wedding and spent £66 thinking that because of the price (it was supposed to be half price so should have been £132) emailed them for refund and they offered me 20% and I could keep the dress. My bank are now dealing as I paid on credit card so will refund me and they say that if they have sent the wrong item I shouldn’t pay for postage

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I ordered two dresses costing £72 which took over two weeks to be delivered. The dresses are very cheaply made and poor quality. I have asked for a refund and got offered only 20% ‘to help protect the environment’. No return address given as requested. The company are now ignoring my emails and have not provided a return address. Absolutely horrendous - do not trust.
