I have purchased pieces from Dainty for myself, and for gifts, and was so pleased with the items that I signed up for the treasure box subscription, which I absolutely love - there’s nothing better than a surprise treat in the post! Every item I have is beautiful, and of fantastic quality. The packaging is beautiful which is perfect when giving as a gift. Any contact with customer services is efficient, friendly and courteous. When I purchased a pair of earrings on one occasion, they were delayed in the post - when I emailed to query expected delivery, I was immediately sent a replacement pair with a polite request to return the original ones if they arrived (which I duly did) - this in itself is exceptional service, but aswell the earrings had been upgraded and there was a handwritten note with them. It is the little touches like this, along with the beauty and quality of the product that make this company a pleasure to buy from. I will happily continue to be a Dainty customer and highly recommend.

The citrine necklace I bought in memory of my son is a prized possession of mine, I bought the same necklace with an emerald for my daughter and jade had refined the flow of the stone. I messaged Jade and asked if I could pay to do the same to my citrine, she not only did this but refused any payment and did it free of charge !
I always point my boyfriend to her website when birthdays come around too 😁 and am lucky enough to have bangles and earrings from Dainty.

I came across this brand when I was bought a pair of earrings and a ring as a gift a couple of years ago. I loved them so much that I have since bought a friend a ring for her very special birthday (after she commented on mine) and she loves it too and said she gets so many comments on it. I have recommended Dainty Jewellery to a few other friends and family who I knew would love their style.
