I’ve bought quite a few pieces from Jade and adore her jewellery. I have a necklace I wear everyday and it still looks as good as the day I bought it a couple of years ago.
I would highly recommend Dainty London.

I’ve recently attended two jewellery making workshops run by Dainty London - they have been such relaxing & fun events. The quality of teaching and general atmosphere is amazing! Jade is attentive, knowledgable and super helpful throughout the classes and always goes above and beyond to make sure our final creations look perfect!! Cannot recommend the Dainty classes & Dainty London more!!

Dainty London is my go-to brand for accent pieces. Firstly, I love to support a small business but also her jewellery is so unique and such beautiful quality. I always get compliments when I wear them. Last year I was lucky enough to receive one of her rings for my birthday from hubby (who could see from my collection what an avid fan I am!). It’s exquisite. The gold plating and semi precious stone make this look far more expensive than its accessible price tag. Jade even included the most gorgeous earrings as a surprise as she knew it was my birthday. I’ll wear these pieces forever. Highly recommend! X

I bought a beautifully crafted jewellery box from Dainty. It was made to a great standard and had a luxury feel to it. All of the tiny details were finished to a quality.
The ordering a delivery service were seamless.
Overall a great product and a stress free transaction.

I bought a beautiful Giselle ring for my wife earlier this year, for a birthday treat. She loves it!

I absolutely love the collection by Dainty London - purchased a few items for me and to give as gifts. Knowing it is all handmade as well is special and the designs as just so beautiful always receive lovely compliments when I am out on the rings and bangles I have. The customer service has been fantastic and what I love is that the designer herself runs the business and she has been so friendly and kind when I wanted to create a bespoke designed ring as a gift.

We've watched Jade and her team build Dainty London from the very beginning & always recommend DL to friends and family.

We are taking legal action against Jade and her 'Jewellery'.

On Multiple occasions she has provided faulty items to us, agreed a refund and then went back on her word. She passed us to one of her Juniors, Daniel Smithson, who is unfortunately as clueless as her and who responds with emails that don't make sense.

She continues to argue with us despite all the evidence we have. First the ring arrived with a dent/scratch in the middle of the gem. Then it came and the clasps started to open/break after a few weeks (it's not worn daily) and on her final attempt, she sent a ring that's described as 'gold plated'...without gold plating on it.

They say their QC is detailed and their 'expert jewellers' have reviewed the case, but the evidence (which they have none of) does not equal this.

If you're brave/stupid enough to buy from them, don't expect anything of any quality, or to be treated with respect. Jade comes across as entitled and arrogant.

Absolutely love this jewellery brand. I've got a few completely different items now and they are pretty much the only pieces of jewellery I will now wear. The extra touches jade puts in meant I've kept going back, she's amazing. I fell in love with a ring but was worried about it being too big but after talking to jade she offered me an alternative that was absolutely perfect and each piece has arrived so beautifully wrapped the extra effort really shows.

I have several gorgeous pieces from Dainty London, earrings and a necklace which I wear every day as they are so perfect as well as a stunning ring which I save for special occasions!
I'm obsessed with all their jewellery - I love when it arrives in the post as the packaging is so pretty it feels like opening a gift!

I have to say, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. As a customer, I have consistently had to follow up on emails, wasting a significant amount of my time. To make matters worse, the ring I purchased turned out to be faulty after only a short period of wear. It's truly disheartening to realise that a cocktail ring couldn't even last for four months.

Upon researching the brand online, I came across their claim of "standing behind the quality and durability of their jewelry." Well, let me tell you, that was definitely not the case for me. They also advertise a free repair service within a year, but when I contacted them, the founder had the audacity to act like replacing my faulty ring was some kind of favour. To top it off, they refused to cover the return postage costs. Dainty London eventually replaced the ring but they sent it back to me in the wrong size, making the whole process even more complicated.

Due to all of these difficulties, I decided to request a refund. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the founder, accused me of being a demanding customer and even threatened legal action if I didn't return the ring within a week (despite it being Dainty London’s mistake for sending the wrong size). I complied with her request and returned the ring at my own expense, but she didn't provide me with a full refund. When I questioned this, she had the nerve to send me a rude email, stating that I am no longer allowed to contact her about this matter, unless I plan on making another purchase. Now, she's completely ignoring all my emails.

I must express my deep disappointment, as the customer service, product quality, and behavior of the owner are completely out of line with the expectations set by Dainty London’s website. I strongly advise others to spare themselves the hassle and frustration of dealing with this company.

The jewellery is beautiful and unique and the service is excellent!

I was very lucky to receive an absolutely beautiful necklace from mg family for my birthday!! Definitely don't want to take it off! It's absolutely stunning! I am a very lucky lady! 🥰

Both times the service and communication have been excellent.

The workmanship on the jewelry itself is excellent and both pieces are beautiful and unique.
