Scammers
I have been with Daisy for my landline and broadband service. After my contract ended, they started charging me £80 per month without informing me properly, and this continued for around six months before I noticed.
When I contacted them, they offered me a new contract at £55 per month, which I declined. I then decided to switch to another provider and arranged everything with BT. Before the switch was completed, a member of Daisy’s team contacted me and offered a deal at roughly the same price as BT, so I cancelled the BT order and chose to stay with Daisy.
Since then, they have continued charging me around £60 per month, despite the price that was agreed. I have complained and called multiple times, but the issue has never been resolved. Every month I seem to be charged more than what was promised, and dealing with customer service has been extremely frustrating.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Daisy to anyone. Be very careful and check your bills regularly to ensure you are being charged the correct amount.
