Support was quick and I would always receive an email or fb message to update on my order. I was a bit sceptic at first by reading other comments about not receiving their items on time. My Fuji x100v was delivered under 24 hours from one country to another - that was crazy. The only thing that the order was shipped only after 4 business days after ordering, but once it was sent it got delivered fast.

I was searching for Samsung galaxy s22 ultra phone through price comparison websites. Dakauf offered the best price and also free transportation. Got my phone in less than two days, it was well packed, unharmed and works as it should. So nothing to whine about, will probably order again from this website if I need something.

Good shop.
The shopping experience was smooth. Didn't have any problems. There are two things currently missing on the site - warranty information (how to send something if anything happens) and item processing information on a site (emails of the processing status are ok though, just don't give the same confidence).

12 days after order day. No delivery, no reply from support. It was written, that delivery will take 5-7 days.

Unfortunately, we have been caught off guard by huge customer interest in our products since Black Friday and are currently operating under a heavy workload. However, we responded to every single one of your messages very quickly and none of them remained unanswered. Moreover, our customer service representative called you on the phone and told you that the order is on its way and you will receive it within 2 days, but you refused to wait. After that we immediately refunded your order.
We acknowledge that your delivery was indeed delayed and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Delays sometimes happen and we are not happy about it at all.

Cool little camera company
Bought my R7 from them, was the only place that had them in stock, was a good over all shopping experience.
Only odd thing was that they have free shipping, but then a handling fee of 5% to make up for it. I didn't mind that though.
