Excellent Customer service. I wrote to inform of a dent on the blind, even though I managed to hammer out the dent and did not request for a replacement, a replacement was dispatched anyway.

Good day, I am sorry this shipment takes a few days longer - as the shipment already is in Belgium I sent out a notification to track why it takes longer and get the delivery as soon as possible your way.
