Excellent service as usual. My goto firm for plumbing, drainage, and boiler servicing. Can't fault them.

Good, fast response, skilled staff, reassuring manner and competent work. I've used these guys for over 4 years and service and always been excellent.

Also, the company and work is very familiar to other workmen in the area and so it is a great help when there are related issues in other fields.

I had a complex plumbing issue. A senior engineer came out and was able to diagnose the problem. I then booked another appointment to get the issue fixed. Great communication, and great work by the plumber who carried out the work which involved re-piping part of my system (he was still in training, but supervised - excellent work!)

I have used this company before and was pleased with the work done so I had no hesitation in contacting them again. Verbal conformation of the hourly rate was advised, an appointment made very quickly and the plumber arrived on time. He was polite and professional, discussed my requirements and ensured he kept me informed of progress throughout the process. Gave me different options for finalising the work. Job was completed to my satisfaction and the area was left clean and tidy. Invoice price as expected. Very satisfied.

From a simple telephone discussion the site visit was arranged followed by a detailed acknowledgement of what had been agreed together with a firm quotation.
The price was found to be fair and the work was completed within a couple of days.

We recently had our downstairs toilet gutted and refurbished. The price was reasonable and they even passed on the saving as goods purchased were in the sale.

We have had Dale Saunders a few times. Mainly it been Danny who has changed taps, shower units etc. His work has been first class.

Yesterday we had Jamie and his young apprentice David. One again first class workmanship. A previous kitchen fitter from Eastbourne had installed an integral washing machine and left the cupboards not fitting well at all. Jamie sorted out the problem straight away and now the cupboards fit perfectly, better than they ever have!! Would I recommend DS. 100% I would.

I have used this company a couple of times for plumbing jobs and excellent service both times would not hesitate to use again. Danny was great did the jobs as required and couldn't have been more professional and put my mind at rest both times. After having very poor experiences in the past with tradespeople this was a welcome relief. I would certainly recommend 100%.

Needed a new boiler and Dale came out and quoted with a very competitive price. A week later they turned up and installed the boiler. Arrived on time and completed the work with no fuss, helping us to set up the app to use the boiler.

My heating broke down in the cold weather and my insurance company arranged for a local firm to fix it they arrived two days later spent twenty minutes looking then told me it needed a new pump and gave me many reasons why they could not do the job all beyond belief and then left I telephoned Dale Saunders in the morning the heating eng. arrived just after lunch and by three in the afternoon the heating was back on
Its comforting to know that some companies still work with good old fashion service

I believe the Gas Engineer who fitted a gas hob for me made a meal of the job, I was charged 1.5 hours for him to fit a half meter pipe,a couple of fittings and do a safety pressure loss check. I cannot recommend this company

Dale Saunders are simply the best ! Always on time do the job to very high standards, clean and tidy. They have done lots of work for me and I can't fault them. Lovely people to deal with
