Excellent quality great product s highly recommend

As usual the meat is fabulous
Great service

Firstly, the postage was expensive.
Secondly, the haggis was not your own recipe, which was disappointing.
However, the tattie scones were delicious.
Other purchases are in the freezer.

Very happy with everything except the diced lamb. It was nothing like the picture and description on the website and contained big chunks of fat. Certainly not suitable for stir frying and I wouldn't appreciate the fat in my casserole either. I did call the shop to discuss but wanted to make other customers aware of the discrepancy between the actual product and what is shown on the website.

Ordered my new year steak pie and joint of beef. Both were lovely really good. If I had one suggestion it would be to supply some gravy with the pie ….

Ordered steak pie for brother family in England for new year, they were very happy pleased tasted great they said, quick and easy to order and delivery, will defo do this again.

online ordering was very quick and simple to process. We collected our order with absolutely no issues and the staff were so pleasant. The steak pie was amazing, probably the best steak pie I have had!! The amount of meat in the pie is amazing and super tasty, can’t fault at all and will 100% be ordering again!!

1st class pie,all the family really enjoyed it

Despite placing an order online which included payment at the beginning of December for New year , I experienced a lengthy wait at the shop to get my items. I quoted my order number on arrival
Other customers came in behind me and bought over the counter much quicker.
One would have thought that prepaid orders would have been so much more streamlined in order to minimise the time spent in the shop with other customers in light of the pandemic. The shop at the time was not busy .The staff in the shop were pleasant. I would like to add that we found the Aberdeen Angus steak pie and gravy far too salty and our guests found this to be the case also. Perhaps a reduced salt pie could be a future option available to customers. We unfortunately were unable to eat the pie but felt as we had cooked it , we would be unable to return. A steak pie is not a specialist product and these were on display in the shop and purchased by other customers freely . Disappointing so won’t be returning
