There's no link in your hamburger menu to your apparel or anything else. There's a guitars link, but I don't know if you sell anything else I want because I can't browse it.

Horrible customer service

First, it's next to impossible to actually speak to a customer service representative. They rarely respond to emails or the web page request. I ordered a truss rod cover online. It took three days to ship. They forgot to seal the envelope, so the item was lost in transit.. envelope arrived empty. It took another three days to ship the replacement.

Beautiful guitar and very happy with…

Beautiful guitar and very happy with the purchase. I’m going to make some modifications but my questions regarding replacement parts and/or specific d’Angelico parts eg specs for upgrading were met with vague responses that didn’t help at all so I’ll be getting a luthier to assess what is required. Overall an enjoyable experience however.

Great sounding guitar

Great sounding guitar. First one i received had a couple blemishes on the back. Took it back to Guitar Center ordered another and that on had fret buzz on the first fret of one of the strings to where it buzzed and muted the string at the same time. Loved the guitar but took it back.

Update: response to D'Angelico. The guitar that I'm talking about is the D'Angelico Premier Series Gramercy CS Cutaway Orchestra Acoustic-Electric Guitar Vintage Sunburst- Guitar Center exclusive. I ordered both in store from Guitar Center one i had sent to the store and the second one was sent to my house. It is great guitar sounds great and looks even better but just had those issues with it. I had been looking into buying since December 2024 I would still like one they sound and look great.
