I purchased a Delonghi Toaster and Kettle, and similar to another comment, I didn’t think the quality was quite what it used to be. That’s no reflection on this store, just the manufacturers.

My first time using Daniel Store and very satisfied with the service. Many thanks to them. Bought a Delonghie toaster to replace the one I had for over 15 years. The only reason I was replacing this great workhorse was because I was a bit over exbubriante one day when cleaning and managed to defunct one side of this 4 slice toaster. I was delighted to find the same design at Daniels store for a great price. However (and this is no reflection on the store) the intervening years since the manufacturing quality of the first toaster to todays standard leaves a lot to be desired. Outer casing is good, but the inner body is very tinny and not a patch on the proper stainless steel racks of my old one. Also, and I don't understand the science of this, but the toast comes out too dry and hard, almost as though you've toasted old stale bread ( and I do know how to adjust settings). I don't think for one minute this will have the longevity of the original toaster as it seems a cheap facsimile of its predecessor. Just think it's down to the diminishing quality of most things manufactured these days, whereby we are pandering to profits and expected to condone the current trend of a throw away society because things are no longer made to last. However, as I stated earlier my comments are related to the item not to Daniels store, and would be more than happy to use their efficient services in the future.

I ordered some Sheridan towels recently. Not everything in my order was available, and the company contacted me quickly to let me know and ask how I wanted to proceed. I was able to replace the unavailable item with something else in the range, and the whole process was quick, efficient and easy. I can't fault the service. The towels themselves were beautiful - lovely quality and texture and subtle shades. I can see them lasting for a long time.

Very stylish limited edition bag I can understand why it is completely sold out . The quality is excellent I would definitely recommend it!

Spent £2,000 on a piece of furniture. On the day of intended delivery, they cancelled my order without any explanation or apology. I am still waiting for the money back which they’ve had for over a week now.

Update: I have still not received the money back. They have now been holding my money for almost 4 weeks.
