We can from all the way from Bromley to Ealing and just made it before closing, they didn’t put us under pressure to hurry. Only wish we had a store nearer as it was worth the long journey!

Not all items available
I ordered two items listed as available on the website. After placing my order I was advised that one item (the more expensive of the two) was no longer available. This meant I ended up paying postage for a cheaper item that I would have sourced elsewhere had I known that the second item I wanted wasn't available. Customer service was fine but not outstanding. I understand that it can be difficult to keep the website up to date.

First time of dealing with Daniel store and very impressed. The items I bought were not available anywhere else as they are no longer ranged by RHS. I ordered a gift set but quickly received an email asking if it would be ok to send 2 separate items for same price. Once I confirmed I received the order next working day. Almost perfect
My experience with the website was excellent, except for the moment when I had paid for my item. It said that my payment had been authorised but I never saw a message saying 'thankyou for your purchase' or similar. I was left wondering if my order had been completed and had to wait until the following day to get an email confirming the sale. It would not stop me from purchasing again but it made me feel uneasy
