Service and speed of delivery was great but the item i purchased was not the same as the picture on the website. The colour of the wallet was silver on website but i received a black version.

I was a bit dubious about buying a mattress on line having never seen it. It is the most comfortable mattress i have ever bought . The service was excellent and delivery within 2 weeks as well. Would definitely recommend this company .

Service above and beyond
I pre-ordered a Bramblecrest product on line, the date of expected item in stock was end of February. A few days into March I contacted the store via email to ask if they had an updated ETA. I received a prompt reply from the Chiswick store, apologies that there was a further delay and offering me my money back, or for the product to be sent direct from Bramblecrest at no extra cost!
I have now received my product .

Denying Statutory Rights (Faulty Goods)
My parents ordered a sofa suite and waited six months for it to arrive. Upon arrival a couple of days ago the electric recline mechanism wasn’t working in any of the sofas. The delivery driver stated he’d never seen this before and that he would log with Daniel it was faulty. He said they could keep the sofas on loan until they decided what to do with it.
My Dad then called Daniel and said he wanted to reject the goods and receive a refund, something he’s well entitled to under the Consumer Rights Act. He was told that Daniel needed the manufacturer to inspect the goods first - not true. Daniel has already acknowledged the sofas are faulty as the delivery driver raised the issue with Daniel.
So I cannot recommend Daniel at all. They are denying customers their statutory rights and I will launch a small claim on behalf of my parents if they don’t rectify this immediately.

We have procedures in place if a customer wants to return goods because of a fault and we are more than happy to do so. The procedure is that we appoint an independent inspector to visit the customers’ home and report their findings.
When we receive notice that a valid manufacturing fault has been found, we then arrange for the goods to be collected and a refund is issued to the customer.

Best pillow ever
Quick delivery, absolutely love this pillow its really comfortable and does not go flat keeps its shape. Not going to have to keep buying pillows that loose their shape or end up going flat so its well worth the money.
